Class War Candidate Trounces Lib Dems – A Seismic Change Is Coming

class-warSteve Norman, who will be standing as a candidate for Class War in next year’s general election, has trounced the Lib Dems in a Bristol constituency where he polled just under 4% of the vote.

Norman stood as an independent candidate in Avonmouth in preparation for Class War’s planned assault on next year’s elections.  In a stunning early victory for the campaign he polled 135 votes, just behind the Green Party and beating the dismal performance of the Lib Dems who could only manage 108.

These results will also be worrying news for the dreary Trade Union and Socialist Coalition (TUSC).  Norman polled over eight times higher then their candidate who could only manage a lacklustre 16 votes.

If a bunch of retired colonels, city spivs and chinless public school wankers like Nigel Farage can send shockwaves through the Labour Party then imagine what a populist party of the left could achieve.  A party that unlike UKIP doesn’t want to flog off the NHS and would never dream of referring to benefit claimants as a “parasitic underclass of scroungers”.  Instead Class War have pledged to double all benefits and scrap bills for pensioners.  And all to be paid for by fleecing the rich.  Who could argue with that?

The choice will be simple.  If you want more money in your pocket vote Class War next year and in the meantime support the election campaign.  Because all of the rest of them are wankers.

  1. Where is it written that Ukip wants to “sell off the NHS?”
I believe that their manifesto isn’t publicised until September.
I voted for Ukip, yesterday, for they are our only hope to topple the vile government and its helpers.

    • UKIP’s deputy leader is quoted as saying he wants the NHS (or significant parts of it) privatised.

And privatised or not, would you entrust our NHS to a load of Colonel Blumberts and swivel eyed loons?

    • How on Earth can voting for a party that is even more right-wing than the Tories help topple this government? That is like pouring oil on a fire to put it out for Christ’s sake. You have actually helped this “vile government” by voting for Ushit. You have helped push the political discourse further right. You have helped give the right-wing media further justification to continuously focus the public’s attention on their favourite red herrings: immigration and the EU, so that the public’s attention and anger is diverted away from the real cause of this nation’s ills: the insatiable and pathological greed of the rich and the brutal and corrupt right-wing policies implemented by the politicians that they own, which then helps pave the way for even more savage attacks on the low-paid, unemployed, sick and disabled.

    • Well then you, Mike, are a fucking idiot. UKIP are a city of London pressure group designed purely to drag British politics further and further to the right. They are hyper-capitalist, thatcherite scum, who are even more committed to Maggie’s neoliberal insanity than the tories are. The idea of voting UKIP to spite the tories is like giving yourself AIDS because you have Hep C. You just coiled one off on top of working people everywhere with that vote. Clown.

    • I voted UKIP and don’t regret the decision at all. They are at least attempting to do something about the problems facing this country rather than “reblogging/ego stroking” or writing shite poetry in BOLD eh?

      • “There’s a sucker born every minute.”

      • I guess that if you were transposed to 1930s Germany you’re the kind of fool who would have voted for Hitler. Ukip and their ilk, (Tories, Labour and LibDem) are the problems you div!

      • Brigadier Jones (Retired)

Hear, hear! I went one further and voted BNP since I support the re-introduction of the Death Penalty for long-term benefit claimants. Six months is long enough time to find work in anyone’s book!

            We are working for you.

The Right Hon, Iain Duncan Smith MP, Secretary of State for the Department of Work & Pensions

    • Voting for UKIP is like trying to fight a fire with a flame thrower.

    • They’re a lovely, well-balanced & not-a-little-bit incoherent with jingoistic scaremongering, muck-spreading set of … people – without even considering the weird and wonderful ‘ideas’ they have for (innovative) ways the nhs/cohesive communities could be ‘helped’ to unravel.

    • This is the game UKIP play, or try to play. They say the manifesto won’t be publicised until September so that they don’t get hammered for their horrendous policies.

That doesn’t wash and doesn’t get them off the hook by any stretch of the imagination. They have core policies and core beliefs irrespective of a manifesto. One of their’s involves the NHS.

Shame on you for voting for a party like that and also shame on you for being so politically vacuous that you could be persuaded that a vote for a party such as that could do anything to improve the UK. You have been duped similarly to people that got duped voting for the nazi party in Germany as they rose to power.

      @ Mike

UKIP are Fascists, you know, ‘Brownshirts’, like Mosley and Mussolini were back in the 1930’s, when we had that terrible prolonged war against somebody or other, remember?

    • is it, not nice, to see the media, and all the main parties, scrambling to hang on to their off shore bank accounts.

Anything that already exists within politics is tainted with greed and part of the system…………….

Fresh faces with fresh outlooks are needed and good luck to anyone who succeeds.
Given the opportunity, most would vote for a seismic shift, sick of the controlling multinationals that act as puppetmasters to the tainted benches of Westminster.
With all the technology in place, each and every piece of legislation could be voted upon by the populus via the internet. Instead we are bullied by those in power to accept anything they throw at us, at the behest of those pushing bribes at every level…………
“If we can organise online petitions we can organise online politics”
Politicians are an unnecessary evil, why do we even tolerate their existence?
The House of Lords wants kicking firmly into touch, as do the mothball brigade that adorn it’s benches.
How can anybody who accepts three hundred quid per day make resolutions on somebody living on seventy quid a week?

Our society is corrupt from top to bottom, mainly at the top!

Power will always corrupt, always has, always will…………

We need a fresh approach to politics, something that the younger generation will take interest in, an involvement would make a good opener.

People power is the only way forward, i don;t need someone to think for me, or act on my behalf………………..

Democracy is a fantasy as long as you are being represented by someone who wields power.

“ONE PERSON, ONE VOTE, AND FUCK THE POLITICIANS INTO THE HISTORY BOOKS FOREVER”

Government policy has never been written for the good of the people, only to those who benefit………………………

    • well said – most sensible and pertinent view i have ever seen here

    • All the voting system innovations and reforms in the world would be in vain though without root and branch reform of the media. People would just use their online vote to do self-defeating dumb shit like vote for Ushit. Ownership of the media would have to be transferred to the people, placed under democratic control and properly regulated by a genuinely independent regulator, so that it ceases to be a propaganda mouthpiece for the rich and is no longer given free rein to demonise, dehumanise, scapegoat, misdirect and mislead with impunity.

if ukip are pissed @ £0.350bn/wk spend on the eu…what must they feel about the uk govt spend of £12.5bn/wk or about £12.250bn/wk spend on items that govts have traditionally always spent money on…it won’t take them long to “need” to find other savings, and claim that this will end, this that, or the other types of corruption….they will become more brazen as their popularity grows, many can see this very clearly as the wedge is driven in deeper, testing and extending their ideas/hidden agendas according to fostered public opinion….this will appeal directly to the oligarch
establishment, as being tougher on public spending than the condem/labour presently are…certainly any threat to split the vote away from the condems, will be addressed by the condems….leading to an extremely hard future for the working classes..it is certain that we are now in a low wage, high unemployment, extremely competitive jobs market of working and hoping to be selected, as being worthy to even receive pay for that work, this is the current feature of our economy/culture, it is happening now…to be out of the eu and alone, isolated, with the likes of these hard nosed bosses, will be disastrous for the working classes….classwar without the aid of a mass publicity machine have ignited the spirit of the working classes as never before….the writing has been on the wall for years, the working classes know full well the fate that awaits them if they fail to act NOW..all that is healthy/health giving in life needs no great publicity beyond saying it is here, and that there is an alternative to what we have now…classwar does not need to be marketed, only known of to succeed…

  8. What is so special about the NHS? Why should we try to save it? No other country has attempted to imitate it. It is killing off our working people, North Staffs only the tip of the iceberg, and the Liverpool Death Pathway is a means of exterminating the costly elderly after the bosses have squeezed everything out of them. I guess there is a generation of young socialist/labourines who seek a promising career in the NHS bureaucracy. I don’t care for privatisation, but it is both mindless and gutless to defend the state run abatoir

    • ” it is both mindless and gutless to defend the state run abatoir”

But for most of us, if it’s a choice between that or nothing at all because you’re not rich enough to afford privatised healthcare ?

A public NHS could still be turned around/improved upon. Once its privatised…its not ours anymore. Its just a money-making machine for the kind of people who would never have used it anyway.

Think of everything that has been privatised since Thatcher – are any of them better, cheaper or really offering a choice (with the power company cartel in mind) ?

    • overburdenddonkey

      dr
see dr lucy reynolds excellent vid on the health and social care bill for the reasons it has got in the state that it has….

    • Dr Buggerall, I think you have missed the fact that the introduction of the internal market (courtesy of Thatcher) resulted in the over managed, underfunded state that the NHS is in now. The NHS has been raped by every government since. The internal market has resulted in horrors like Mid Staffs and the LCP. This is what happens when ideology and targets are deemed more important than patients or purpose. If you apply production line processes and open market economic theories to a human system like the NHS, you end up with a disaster. Look at the total fucking mess that health care is in the USA.

Why are you moaning about it “killing off our working people” when without the NHS they would have no healthcare at all?

Would you rather see people suffer or die because they have no access to any healthcare?

When it’s gone, it’s gone. We won’t ever get it back. That’s why we have to fight to keep it and fix it.

    • Why, oh why do people still come out with this kind of crap. It was always a possibility that institutions like the NHS would fall victim to the whims of politicians, but the philosophy behind the NHS as an idea is actually very sound, based as it is on the healthcare system created by the working people of New Tredegar. Nye Bevan took that idea and created the NHS so that everyone could benefit from accessible and affordable healthcare. It’s arguable that state intervention war required, but my view is that pressed by the obvious need for such a system that action by the state was the only rapid way of rolling such a system out. It is a far from ideal solution to have any our valued institutions owned by the state, simply because of the ease with which politicians can then do what they want with them.

Ideally healthcare should be in the control of those who a) work in the industry, and b) those who benefit from it’s services – just as was the case with the New Tredegar scheme.

For those who doubt the total insanity of neoliberal economics I refer them to a series aired on BBC TV a few years ago called ‘The Trap’. Basically neoliberal economics based on the ideas propounded by the genius mathematician John Nash (subject of the film ‘A Beautiful Mind’). However, he conceived these ideas whilst suffering from a pretty far gone episode of paranoid schizophrenia, and interviewed in the programme himself he suggests that it’s pretty crazy to base economic theories on ideas formed by someone whilst not of sound mind, and really quite unwell. Indeed, in actual practice people acted in ways opposite to the way he predicted, (but then his theory was somewhat influenced by his then quite paranoid state of mind). You can watch all three of the programmes in this series here:

      http://thoughtmaybe.com/the-trap/

In a similar vein, and made by the same team is the series “All Watched Over by Machines of Loving Grace” which takes apart the wacky ideas of that other guru of neo-liberal economics, Ayn Rand, who so obviously had a terrible allergic reaction to ‘communism’ in her native Russia that she developed a philosophy that is all about selfishness – this might all seem irrelevant, but it’s scary how influential her ideas have been, and it’s easy to see the impact her ideas have had on our idiot politicians.

You can watch all three programmes in the series here:

      • The Big Question is: how the fuck did Adam Curtis ever persuade the BBC to screen this?

        • “The best liars carry an element of truth”.

It is quite safe for the Shitstem to let the truth be told occasionally, just as long as it is propaganda that is broadcast the majority of the time. Letting the truth be told occasionally helps to maintain the facade of a free, open, impartial, diverse, inclusive, trustworthy media and society. The Shitstem only needs to fool most of the people most of the time to maintain its grip on power.

      • Sibrydionmawr, Here here!

Pretty much all of Adam Curtis’ work is worth a view. He takes apart Murdoch beautifully too.

I have read that Ayn Rand died in poverty and made her friends claim welfare payments on her behalf, because she hated the idea of a state supporting individuals in their time of need so much. I have no idea if it’s true or a myth. If true, what an extreme hypocrite and coward she was.

Johnny Void here celebrates the comparative victory of Steve Norman, the Class War candidate for the Avonmouth constituency in Bristol over the Lib Dems. This demonstrates just how far people have turned away from the Lib Dems following their opportunist partnership with the Tories.

  10. I agree with the comments regarding UKIP being worse than the present government. They are the far right of the Tories and it will be interesting to read their manifesto next year on any plans they have for welfare cuts as they are known to want more draconian measures taken against the unemployed than have been taken so far. It’s all well and good giving a government a bloody nose but giving this government a reason for more nasty treatment against the poor on the back of the UKIP support is crazy. I doubt UKIP will get even one MP at next years general election but of course they will get quite a few MEPS after this weekend.

  11. h do we vote for then. Never been interested in politics……but I’m interested now after witnessing dwp sanctioning regime! Please just tell me who to vote for. I can see what you are saying about ukip.

  12. is this the same class war that were controlled by undercover cops for god knows how long.

  13. For the fools who voted Ukip – IDIOTS! You are voting for a party that doesn’t really know what they want to do, they don’t want the job and they would make a coalition with the Tories!
I pray with all my might that Scotland gets Independence – ‘cos I can tell you now, there are not going to be any MEP’s from Ukip and never an MP either!
It’s all very well having a go at the Condems with a vote for Ukip now, but you can’t seriously believe that they would get an MP. I’d rather see spoilt ballot papers than see a wasted vote for a party that is so far right and are mainly ex-tory members!

  22. Does Class War plan to grant the rightful money of women’s state pension at 60 lost from 2013 to so far 530,000 women, back-dating a lump sum and then paying the monthly state pension from 2015.

Effecting women: 30,000 from 2013 and 500,000 in 2014 only so far.

You can then revoke the Pension Bill and the Flat Rate Pension of 2016 that actually deprives women and a lot of men to any state pension.
See if you lose most or all of your state pension:
    https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/state-pension-at-60-now

Equalising the state pension at 60 after 30 years NI contributions for men and women in 2015.

But if Class War, TUSC, Left Unity Party and all the other socialist parties had gained all the money from trade unions and merged all your manifestos into one, you would all be in power in a huge number of councils today as one huge coalition party.

By arguing amongst yourselves, you fall victim to ConDemLabGreens. Divide and Conquer is an old ploy.

You are, after all, following the same ‘religion’ of Marx-Engels philosophy.

The real Class War is joined up thinking so that total poverty and hunger ends sooner rather than later, while you all play politics.

As Gandhi observed, People’s Politics Are Their Daily Bread.

4 per cent of the vote is not a victory, unless your name is Pyrrhus, where some of his battles, though successful, cost him heavy losses, from which the term Pyrrhic victory was coined.

I watched SY.RIZ.A is one month of 2 general elections, go from 4 per cent of the vote to 30 per cent and becoming the official opposition in Greece.

    • overburdenddonkey

      bring back
“By arguing amongst yourselves, you fall victim to ConDemLabGreens. Divide and Conquer is an old ploy.” the ploy has substance, but you suggest that there is a choice, that if we can all find agreement we can make changes, and rise above our need for money….even though you rightly argue that our pension rights are being eroded and/or destroyed, by capitalist greed, this causes an even greater need of money @ a time when the opps to earn money have rarely been fewer…the reality then is that there is no choice, division is a reaction to real suffering and deprivations..the 40/30/30 society is where we are all at….it is no good someone that has never experienced real suffering, having only seen it in the movies, telling those that have suffered/are suffering, what is good for one and to alleviate it we must do this that or the other and make a choice not to be divided…this denies suffering and as soon as one does that, one becomes an/the enabler of suffering…ie they would be ok if they were only like us and not divided…rising above suffering does not cure it, but keeps its affects intact to be passed on…the cult of capitalism worships one thing as the road to salvation and that is money…we are all hooked on money.. no longer do most have access to natures resources, we need to buy them with earnings/tokens…working to gain earnings imprisons one, is rightly called wage slavery and does not set one free…all we need is suffient income to get by on, and that income must always be what is life sustaining…capitalism however does leads to divisions, and causes massive global deprivation….stop saying we have only ourselves to blame…when the answer must be a redistribution of capital…the doubling of pensions and other benefits has to be a good start in eroding capitalist power…ie holding a life sustaining parcel of land is not inhumane…neither is work share for money, or worker coops or food growing coops or self build eco homes all of which will reduce the need of/for money…hydroponics, aquaponics, terrapreta, polytunnels, solar capture, ie permaculture then every day we have work to do….exchange of goods/trade will still happen and that is where money comes into the equation…paying some distant oligarchy for our lives vitals is not healthy…

  23. so.. every party has been smeared.. i was initially with UKIP but over the months more and more damning stories have been told and i’m just not sure anymore.. but if not UKIP, then who? they’re all as bad as eachother, vote or don’t vote it doesn’t matter..

  24. UKIP’s projected national share figure is lower than the 23% it got in council elections last year and despite its gains, UKIP does not yet control any local authorities.

Media manipulation similar to the hung parliament hype that resulted in the coalition coup of the 2010 election.

A Labour Government would never have been able to completely dismantle the welfare state, that job had to be gifted to a Conservative Government.

The all-party sociopathic obsession with the welfare reform agenda is the give away to the conspiracy of the British political class against the British peoples.

    • … and it looks like the media is preparing us for/manoeuvring the electorate towards a Tory/UKIP coalition after the 2015 election! May the Lord have mercy on us!

THE WHOLE SYSTEM IS CORRUPT, IT WAS DESIGNED THAT WAY.

I HAVE NOTICED THAT EVERY TIME I HAVE SUBMITTED EVIDENCE TO A TRIBUNAL, THE EVIDENCE IS GIVEN TO THE DWP WHO IN TURN ISSUE A REBUTTAL OF THE EVIDENCE TO ME, PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE TRIBUNAL.

THE REBUTTAL OF THE EVIDENCE IS PLACED BEFORE THE MAGISTRATES WHO USE IT TO DENY YOUR CLAIM TO BENEFITS.

THE DWP HAVE ALWAYS MAINTAINED THAT THE THEIR IS NO LINK BETWEEN THE HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL WORKING FOR ATOS AND THE DECISION MADE BY THE DWPS OWN DECISION MAKER.

THE REALITY IS THAT ATOS HAS ITS FEET FIRMLY IMPLANTED IN BOTH CAMPS, BEING BOTH ASSESSOR AND DECISION MAKER…………….

“ENGINEERED DISABILITY DENIAL ACTING UPON INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE UNUM CORPORATION TO OUR DEPARTMENT OF WORKS AND PENSIONS”

OUR GOVERNMENTS BIGGEST PROBLEM, IS THAT THEY ARE AWARE THAT THE SO CALLED EXPERTS WHO PURPORT TO BE “PROFESSIONALS”, ARE NOTHING OF THE SORT…………………..

THAT IS WHY THEY TRY TO DENY A RECORDING OF ASSESSMENTS.

EVERYBODY HAS THE RIGHT TO HAVE THEIR ASSESSMENT RECORDED, TO DENY THIS REQUEST IS BREAKING THE LAW.

NO HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL OR DOCTOR OR PHYSIOTHERAPIST WORKING FOR A GOVERNMENT AGENCY, WANTS TO HAVE THEIR ASSESSMENT RECORDED FOR FEAR OF REPRISAL, BEING SUED IN COURT……………

THE ASSESSMENTS SHOULD NOT ONLY BE RECORDED AUDIBLY, THEY SHOULD BE FILMED.

IF THEY HAVE NOTHING TO HIDE, WHY TRY TO PUT OBSTACLES IN THE WAY?

THEY ARE TRYING TO STOP RECORDING OF PIP EXAMINATIONS……..

IT IS YOUR RIGHT TO HAVE IT RECORDED, DESPITE WHAT THEY TRY TO CLAIM………..

THE ONLY REASON THE DWP ALLOW LIMA BASED SOFTWARE TO BE USED, IS NOT FOR SPEED, BUT TO APPORTION ANY BLAME ON A CORRUPT REPORT DIRECTLY ON A COMPUTER GENERATION RATHER THAN THE ONUS ON A PARTICULAR INDIVIDUAL WHO MADE AN ERROR THAT CAUSED SERIOUS HARDSHIP, SUFFERING OR DEATH………

    MY ANSWER IS EASY,

    NO RECORDING, NO TEST……………………

EVERYONE ASK FOR A RECORDING IMMEDIATELY YOU ARE REQUESTED TO GO FOR AN EXAMINATION…….

IF IT IS NOT AVAILABLE…………..WALK OUT……………

    • Funny how Tribunal hearing are recorded though… 🙂

      • GEOFF REYNOLDS

I ASKED THE MAGISTRATE AT MY TRIBUNAL IF THE HEARING WAS RECORDED AND HE REPLIED “NO”.

I FURTHER ASKED HOW THE PROCEEDINGS ARE REPORTED AND HE REPLIED “FROM HIS NOTATION”.

THIS MEANS THE ONLY EVIDENCE IS FROM HIM, MEANING IT IS NOT NEUTRAL OR INDEPENDENT, BUT SOMEWHAT BIASED……….

This should not be tolerated, all tribunals should be recorded to guarantee the event is recorded, free from bias………….

If your case is elevated to the upper tribunal, they seek evidence from the lower tribunal, therefore, your version of events and evidence is not being put forward, just the opinion of the person sat on the bench on that particular day.

the UK legal system is one sided, always has been and always will be…..

the SoR notation i’ve seen on 2 separate occasions now, is written by a spider who escaped from an ink well….then there is the findings in fact which bares no resemblances to fact at all…they set it up so that one need vast energy resources to fight them…which being sick and disabled and on assessment rate if one is lucky enough to keep it all or as in your case to even have it at all….the system is set up so that one has to go through them 1st or one gets nothing….it is a closed loop system, and it drives one loopy trying to make sense of their statements about the proven affects of medical conditions, they act as if one suffers from some rare and unaccountable set of medical disorders that baffle medical science…one has to reprove to them what medical sciences has already proven….we have the label that is caused by symptoms that lead to diagnosis but low and behold remarkably once to diagnosis is made the symptoms vanish…”you have this that or the other diagnosis wow! that’s a relief for you, you must feel much better knowing what’s wrong, so much so you are now fit for work…”..thus they imply most of the problem is in the not knowing anxiety…when in fact the relief is in knowing why one is not fit for work, and therefore knowing that the problems have a physiological cause and not all in the mind as one is constantly burdened with…and also knowing that one is now entitled to one’s lawful benefits, look here’s the reasons that one cannot work…but they say now you know just make the effort to overcome symptoms, all will be well, and you’ll get the extra energy after you do the work…the actual anxiety of proving need is the real drainer…it is trial by ordeal, no more no less….thus sickness and disability is denied by them and they expect one to agree….

        • I don’t know what part of the country you are in Geoff, but up in Scotchland, well at at least one Tribunal centre, it is all recorded. There is a great big tape recorder on the desk in front of you ; they also inform you too before you go in that all proceedings are recorded.

          • Obviously, the Judge also makes notes too, but it is all in tape!

not in my neck of the woods, or i would have asked for the recording and not an SoR…i’ve attended 8 in scotland..i guess next time i’ll ask for it to be recorded…

            • Maybe the practice isn’t widespread at present or it is just in particular centre(s) but they certainly do record in at least one centre.

yeah, sounds like it, it would certainly make life easier, naively i never expected that i would need to, but having seen my latest SoR, i’ll insist on it next time..

  26. L’est we forget the role of the PCS union in the destruction of the Welfare State.

    • GEOFF REYNOLDS

“not the only union whose handbook encourages the demonisation of the poor and disabled”

Led by a truly gutless bastard, Serwotka, searching for his knighthood……

      • GEOFF REYNOLDS

ALL ASSASSINS NEED A WEAPON OF CHOICE, THE DWP THOUGHT WISELY AND PICKED ATOS AND THE P.C.S. UNION……………

JUST AS EFFECTIVE AS WIPING YOUR FINGERPRINTS FROM THE MURDER WEAPON AND PLACING THE BLAME ELSEWHERE…..

        • What was that BS about the PCS going to try to stop sanctions we heard just a couple of days ago? That was just in time for their BS conference which has just finished.

Sanction implementation campaign going to be brought in now? Hahahahahahaha! LOL! Don’t make me laugh. I hate to say i told you so, but i told you so! Nothing agreed and the sanction machine rolls on.

PCS union; proud enablers of Tory benefit/death sanctions since 2010.

      • “knighthood”

No, House of Lords at least!, maybe a safe seat in House of Commons before that ?, loyalty to the establishment/status-quo has always been rewarded that way, as can be testified by the (alleged) millions made by ex-trade union leader and BIG Blair supporter…… Baroness Dean of Thornton-le-Fylde.

Anyone who say’s they are a socialist and then accepts a title in the House of Lords, well, it tells you ALL you need to know about that person!!!.

  27. It should be noted by ALL of the unemployed/sick and disabled that the FIRST thing that Cameron said after the gains of UKIP was the tories reform of welfare was to continue, he held it up as the flagship to future Tory thinking. What a sick society we live in….

    Thatcher quotes……

“And, you know, there is no such thing as society. There are individual men and women, and there are families. And no government can do anything except through people, and people must look to themselves first.”

I don’t think she was talking about the future murders of the unemployed/sick and disabled carried out by Labour/Tory and the Lib-Dems or the genocide committed by Blair (and lets not mention the Belgrano) when she said…..

“I personally have always voted for the death penalty because I believe that people who go out prepared to take the lives of other people forfeit their own right to live. I believe that that death penalty should be used only very rarely, but I believe that no-one should go out certain that no matter how cruel, how vicious, how hideous their murder, they themselves will not suffer the death penalty.”

“Defeat – I do not recognise the meaning of the word!”

The noose is definitely tightening around jobseekers necks 🙂 , it won’t be long before we see gallows being erected in jobcentres 🙂

    Claimant commitment:

Here’s the only thing you agree to put in it:

I am happy to continue to use the ES4JP form ‘Looking For Work’ to supply and evidence my jobsearch log to any Jobcentre Plus adviser as proof of my continued jobsearch record as I class this as sufficient evidence regarding my present status as an active jobseeker in reciept of Income Based JSA.

To add to the end of that statement ‘ESA and or Universal Credit’ (to be safe put all of them in)

  30. Almost anyone can get more votes then the luckless Lib Dems lol.

  31. “a parasitic underclass of scroungers”
Why is the above in quotation marks? I thought it was a very accurate description of corporations, the wealthy, and especially those in power.
