Charity Slams Osborne’s Workfare – These Placements Are Not Voluntary

bhf-edingburgh-workfareA centre for volunteers in Liverpool has issued a strong statement rejecting George Osborne’s plan for mass workfare.

Beginning in April next year thousands of unemployed people will be forced into six month workfare placements with charities or community organisations.  The scheme is a huge roll out of mandatory workfare and depends on the so-called voluntary sector playing ball to be successful.

Volunteer Centre Liverpool’s re-assuring statement this week pledges they will not take part in Osborne’s workfare and encourages others to think carefully about any possible involvement in workfare.  As they rightly point out, forced work, under threat of destitution, is not volunteering:

“There has been a lot of talk recently about the latest scheme to help people who are unemployed, with mention of “compulsory volunteering” as part of the “Help to Work” programme.  DWP do not refer to it as volunteering, but others are starting to, which is muddying the waters.  These “Community Work Placements” are NOT volunteering, as people are not freely choosing to participate in them, but rather will be faced with benefits sanctions if they do not engage in the compulsory placements.

The part of this which does have an element of freedom of choice is voluntary sector organisations’ decisions on whether or not to be involved in this scheme, as providers of “placements”.

Volunteer Centre Liverpool will NOT be having anything to do with this scheme”

The full statement can be found on their website.  Volunteer Centre Liverpool are on twitter @VCLiverpool and have a facebook page.  In a change to the usual format why not contact them and wish them a merry Christmas and a very happy New Year.

  2. Serco and G$S Are FRAUDSTERS!!

‘work programme’ providers Serco and G4S who supply jobcentre ‘security’ goons have been ordered to re-pay the government £68.5 million for making fraudulent claims. These fraudsters have also been referred to the Serious Fraud Office. It seems unlikely that these crooks will be able to bid for further government contracts so bye, bye ‘work programme’ and jobcentre ‘security’ lol

    • Serco and G$S Are FRAUDSTERS!!

… and is not too much of a stretch of the imagination to go from falsely claiming for non-existent prisoners to falsely claiming for non-existent ‘job outcomes’. It is high-time these crooked scum-bags were exposed and brought to book!

    • Serco and G$S Are FRAUDSTERS!!

In fact the whole of the ‘work programme’ should be referred to the Serious Fraud Office!

    • The sh#t is starting to hit the fan big time as these fraudsters continue to work ad-hoc with the lame jcp and work programmes

Good fucking job that they have finally been outed for being massive greedy twats with vested interests in money only and not for the common good which is to ACTUALLY help and support people back into work. Not to fuck them about with illegal sanctions.

Fuck the work programme, fuck the JCP and fuck Iain Duncan Smith – possibly the biggest ever fraudster and hippocrite this country has even seen and should be sacked on the spot for his continuing mass cock-ups and wastage on his watch.

    • I would like to add that the fucked up UJM website should also being independantly investigated for carrying non-jobs, zero-hour contracts, and identical jobs across more than one town

        • The government has careful guidelines about which jobs they can force people to do. They can’t force you to star in a pornographic movie, but they can force you to make one. They can’t force you to strip in a strip joint, but they can force you to serve drinks there – even when that might mean you being the object of sexual harassment.

          Click to access wp-pg-chapter-20.pdf

That guidance is for the young (16-24 year olds). Maybe when you get older the “adult entertainment industry” isn’t as keen on your services.

  3. looking at the recent court ruling as the government has no fresh legal mandate to do this couldn’t the organizations taking part be sued it would be a good one to test in a court of law.

  4. Well done to Volunteer Centre Liverpool for showing some integrity in support of the victims of Tory oppression. Hopefully other organizations will follow suit and Osborne’s evil plan will be in tatters.

After the support given to workfare by the Salvation Army, and its petulant dismissal of its critics for objecting to this, it is heartening to hear that the Volunteer Centre in Liverpool has rejected it. Let’s hope more charities and organisations using voluntary workers join them.

Will you all please stop in spreading these lies and rumours that G4S and some of the work programme providers have been fiddling their accounts to the figure of £68.5 million?

There is no such accountability of fraud that has ever taken place in all the time that G4S has provided their goons to the jobcentre offices, nor from any of the work programme providers that I have personally vetted myself.

All yearly account figures placed before me have been independently verified by at least four different sources before even being allowed to continue making further cash claims.

All work programme providers are fully accountable to me and if there is ever a case of public wrong-doing then I automatically put in measures to prevent any further liability or damage that may be caused by such indiscretions.

I wish to further add that any claims of fraud being committed by G4S could invoke an act a treason against the claimant spreading such rumours.

  13. Bout time this gravy train for workfare spivs came off the rails and crashed

  14. To stop this it’s important the voluntary sector doesn’t play ball and kills this ridiculous idea before it can even get off the ground, that means charities and so forth understanding to support this will damage them and their status as a voluntary sector concern, they may get financial incentives but sometimes taking the cheques can be the soft option in the long term.

Many charities got involved and saw the light and then left, I would say to any voluntary sector that if they advocate workfare they are supporting what amounts to modern day slavery, they must understand many of those who turn up may be mentally and/or physically disabled and that may also include schizophrenics who have slipped through conveniently who could do their bosses physical harm through no fault of their own.

This government is putting these charities at risk just so they can massage figures and make it all look so sweet and neat. And the charities also playing their part in supporting this disgraceful activity because they are greedy for money. There is no scruples on either side until it’s too late and all this comes to pass. Never before have we had a chancellor who cannot mind his own business without poking his nose into other departments and dictating what does and does not happen. He is so conceited and self adulating.. each thing he touches becomes a vanity project. One of the worst chancellors simply because he is such a SSsssssnake.

In many ways when/if this is rolled out it will make things very clear indeed who the real bad guys are, especially after what has passed already and there will be no mercy for those who advocate it and trouser the money. It will prove sometimes the money they get is a drop in the ocean compared to the untold damage it will induce which in some cases will prove untenable as will some politicians positions in their departments, they will come crashing down as we edge closer to election year. We know there is no honour in that tory party.. senior politicians will be wanting to save their own skins and don’t care who they walk over to reach the golden lifeboat of this Tory Titanic.

  15. I completed two years on the work programme in june.went today for what I thought was my final post work programme scheme appointment as it now completes six months. My advisor has given me another appointment in four weeks time. He said he didn’t know how long I was supposed to be on this scheme. Is he talking crap or am I going to be on this post work programme course indefinitely?

    • Post Work Programme scheme? What do you mean?

    • @ Rob – I don’t think the left hand knows what the right hand is doing. One advisor who “interviewed” me at first post work-programme told me I’d be on the post wp “more intensive support” for 6 months and another told me a year. But I still don’t know which is the right answer, if either one is, and I can’t even remember which one told me which answer, as I’m feeling too “intensively supported”.

      • I, too, finished the WP in the summer. My JCP adviser told me at the end of my 6 month post-WP support period that I’d be seeing him indefinitely! He then put me down for a month’s-worth of Mandatory Work Activity, which starts on Monday (23rd). What he maybe doesn’t know is that my placement is somewhere where they close down for 10 days on the 24th!!! Then we don’t go in again till the 2nd of Jan. and we finish on 15th Jan., making a total of about 11 days work instead of 16 (we do 4 days of 7.5 hrs per week = 30 hrs total per week for 4 weeks). As these things go, that’s a fuckin’ result right there!

        • Don’t tell him about this, or he might arrange for you to stay on beyond Jan 15th to ‘make up the difference’. It’s bad enough that you were put on MWA over Christmas at all, but at least you won’t have to do the full month.

          • Don’t worry, the same thought had occurred to me. Never tell the bastards anything you don’t need to. I’ll give him the impression I did the full stretch and found it was a really character-building experience!

        • Landless Peasant

On my MWA we got early every day, finished by 2.30pm at the very latest, and also got a few days off when there was nowt to do. The time sheets were all signed-off as working 9 – 4.30pm. We were allowed tea/fag breaks whenever we wanted and were told to go outside if we wanted a spliff!

          • Landless Peasant

            That’s “got away early”

            • Landless:

Keep stuff like that to yourself, I think I know where you were put, was the boss called Karen? – if so – I went there too not so long ago.

            • Without going into any real detail:

Was this a messy job? – Was there a Police station very near by? – and does this city it’s in begin with ‘B’?

          • something survived...

And if it had burned down? Would you be a suspect if you were there? Would you get someone killed going in looking for you? How are they insured, because it’s fraud! You could be done for going along with it.

        • Don’t tell the cunt… as otherwise he will likely re-book the MWA to start on 2nd. You can’t put anything past these vindictive Nazi jobcentre ‘adviser’ cunts!

    • I was on the Work Programme with Prospects. At the end of October I received a letter saying that they were moving their offices from the town where I live to a city about ten miles away and that my advisor would be contacting me to arrange appointments to take place at their new offices. To date I haven’t heard anything more about the new arrangement from my Prospects, my Work Programme advisor, or the Jobcentre!

Mind you, this is par for the course.

Since I began the Work Programme I’ve had three different advisers at Prospects, and there was always a couple of months hiatus between one leaving and another taking up the reins. By the time I finish my time on the completely and utterly unhelpful and useless Work Programme, if I do the whole two year hog, I’ll only actually have “done” about half the time I was supposed to have done because Prospects either had insufficient staff to cope or for some other reason, e.g., moving to another location.

The private profit-making providers contracted to get people like me into work can’t keep their staff or make the Work Programme work itself.

You’ve got to laugh haven’t you?

    • Rob:

Contact a floor manager at your local Jobcentre and tell him/her that your M.I.R. has now run the full 6 months and your advisor is refusing to let you go and that the advisor is now in breach of DWP legislation.

Same sHituation. Finished WP but never officially finished as they won’t do my Exit report. Forced to do post work programme signing for OVER 6 months. They are trying to tell me to go back onto more workfare.

  18. I do not know what planet George Osborne is living on. I am already volunteering i have been doing it for nearly 2 years. I also have BSc Degree in computing and I am putting myself through education yet again learning BSL which i have my introductary level 1 & 2 and hope to do my level 3 in the future. I also have basic knowledge of mental health and childcare. I have staff at my local job centre telling me that I am doing more than enough to justify my claim have applied to shops, offices and other companies etc wanting a job.
So please mr Osborne tell me do I sound like someone who doesn’t want to work.

    • Like you Lynne, I volunteer. I work with a small based learning disabilities charity that is unknown (I went to them of my own back as a means to get back into care work because I have not worked since 2002)

I have a criminal record (long story and justifiable one) and no one is willing to hire me because of this, despite the clear evidence I am no threat to anyone and since having received my Record 7 years ago, I have gone back to education and obtained Level 3 Dilpomas in Psychology.

After explaining why I have a record etc, I was given a chance to prove myself, which I have and have also recently been given 7 hrs paid employment per week. This of course is idle to DWP despite it being a massive feat for me and the fact I love what I do and, additionally am good at what I do.

My biggest fear is, my being forced to volunteer for something I do not want to do (because of my record). DWP will have plenty of ammo to refuse me any position I actually want.

To be forced into volunteering elsewhere (because of my record) will crush everything I have worked for off my own back.

What is also disturbing about charities here is, if people are forced to work in areas of vulnerability much will go so, so wrong. Its an obvious thing that only those who desire to work for free to obtain the specific skills etc are the ones who will be best at the job because of the effort and they want the damn job.

Such a fucked up exploitation will backfire at some point…… An un-compassionate person tending to the vulnerable, A mentally unstable person dealing with the public etc. One minute the Gov are cracking down on education, qualifications and CRBs for specific roles and the next forcing the everyone and anyone to work them for free. I may have a record but, there are many people who do not who are just not cut out for charitable work and someone down the line will suffer the consequences.

    • Osborne can do us all a favour and take himself off to another planet far, FAR away. Do not take anything the ‘towel folder’ says seriously though- he is someone who has grown up amongst privilege and has never had to worry about money. Osborne and his cronies are indeed just a bunch of ‘posh boys’ who don’t have a clue.

  19. “Receiving an unemployment check in Florida has become especially difficult over the past several months, due to a slew of problems with the state’s new computer system, “CONNECT,” which was fully implemented in October. CONNECT is the result of state legislation passed in 2011 that requires anyone wishing to collect unemployment benefits to register online. However, the new computer system has caused delays in the distribution of benefits to thousands of workers since its implementation.”

  20. Thanks for the comments. You are right it was called post work programme support and yesterday I saw for the first time my third personal advisor during this six months who said he had over twenty years experience and he said he didn’t know how long the support lasted. He put up on his computer a list of events over january and suggested a one day event that british gas were holding. I allowed him to put me forward as he was phrasing everything he said in a way that suggested that I should be looking for any job and if I didn’t it would be rejecting an opportunity and that sounds a bit like sanction territory although he never used the word sanction.

  21. Just to add. He said he would see me when I next sign in four weeks time as as I won’t have to sign on 2nd january. So when he sees me next he can remind me I guess of the British Gas workclub event due to take place five days later.

  22. @obi
I just went through a link you put up earlier and noticed that after the six months support, they have given some discretion to the advisors whether to continue with the support if they think it is needed. That would suggest that they have a green light to mess people around. To call it intensive is a joke, apart from interviews with the advisors on my signing days I’ve had to attend four one hour sessions on things like considering volunteering, CVs etc. All covered many times before on other courses. I don’t call four one hour sessions over six months very intensive so why would they want to continue my time with them.

    • Rob:

You are correct, however let’s just say the people who have proved consistantly over the 6 months they are trying hard to find a job will be put back on normal fortnightly signing’s as there is no point in wasting a MIR advisers time further.

You have to remember that the amount of Work Programme Returners is now at a maximum level and this level will continue for the next 4 years, the MIR advisers are now overrun with returners and the ones they deem to be meeting their jobseeking obligations will be back on normal signing as they just don’t have time to continue seeing them.

      • And finally, the work programme is now showing itself up asa victim of its own massive failure. Only the smug tory twats running the farce would not admit the truth is slapping them in the face.

The WP only tries to send people onto zero-hour contracts and not into proper employment as only the agencies offering these zero hours work are in cohorts with them. No right-minded employer will ever touch a provider knowing that that any referral money is only given to an agency.

The sooner these legalised scum providers are forced out of business, the better for all.

    • something survived...

‘support’? I’ve received none whatsoever. They can’t even be bothered to sign me on with the same person.

‘considering volunteering’? The thing they stop your benefits for if they catch you actually doing?

      Fucking waste of our time.

You could call it a waste of THEIR time too, except they’re getting paid to talk crap at you.

    – the Equality Act 2010 defines a disabled person as someone who has a physical or

normal day-to-day activities. ‘Long-term’ is defined as lasting or likely to last for at least 12 months.

  25. I am starting to realise the damning effects that sanctions against a persons benefits can have………….

Today i received a letter from my bank informing me that the amount of money that was expected on a monthly basis, had not been met.
Therefore, i had to decide, within a month of receipt of this letter, if i wanted to downgrade my account or close it down completely.

Serco Group PLC said it has won a GBP120 million contract expansion with the UK government to build and operate an extension to a private men’s prison, HMP Thameside. The good news for Serco came just one day after the outsourcing company was told to repay GBP68.5 million for charging errors it made on a criminal-tagging contract. Serco said the contract will run over a 22-year period, with GBP36 million to be earned for an 18-month construction phase that has already begun. The contract extension builds on Serco’s original GBP415 million, 26.5 year operating contract signed with the UK’s Ministry of Justice in July 2010.

I notice a lot of scroungers saying “Oh, we need a revolution” but we’re so confident that this can never happen that we are now in the process of cutting the numbers of police officers and reducing the size of the standing army. (Dead Kennedys: “Holiday In Cambodia”)

  29. Is this a glimpse into the future (if it isn’t already happening?!), can see the Sally Army being involved in this kind of shit, it has got ‘Salvation Army’ written all over it:

“The film begins with on-screen captions explaining that a medical breakthrough in 1952 has permitted the human lifespan to be extended beyond 100 years. The first shot shows a young man lying on an operating table smiling at a woman observing from the other side of the glass window. The woman is 28-year-old Kathy H (Carey Mulligan), she narrates the movie and reminisces about her childhood at a boarding school called Hailsham House, as well as her adult life after leaving the school. The first act of the film depicts the young Kathy (Izzy Meikle-Small), along with her friends Tommy (Charlie Rowe) and Ruth (Ella Purnell), spending their childhood at Hailsham in the late 1970s. The school seems to be somewhat unusual. Students are encouraged to create artwork such as paintings and poetry instead of science and maths normal for school children, and their best work gets into “the Gallery”. There is also a strong emphasis on “keeping yourselves healthy inside” especially when it comes to smoking. At one point, a new teacher, Miss Lucy (Sally Hawkins) quietly informs the students of their nature: they exist only as organ donors for transplants, and will die – or, rather, “complete” – in their early adulthood. The following day Miss Lucy is “no longer working at Hailsham”. As time passes, Kathy and Tommy fall in love, but Tommy falls into a manipulative relationship with Ruth. Ruth and Tommy stay together throughout the rest of their time at Hailsham.

In the second act of the film, the three friends, now young adults, are rehoused in cottages on a farm. They are permitted to leave the grounds if they wish but are resigned to their eventual fate, seeing it as inevitable. At the farm, they meet former pupils of schools similar to theirs, two of whom one day sight a woman in a nearby town whom they believe to be a “possible” for Ruth, her “original” – the person she was cloned from. Ruth is ecstatic at the prospect, but when she, Kathy, Tommy, and the two witnesses travel to the coast to re-examine the woman, it turns out there is very little resemblance. Ruth, bitter and disillusioned, rages that all donors are “modelled on trash”, meaning that they are cloned from the people lowest in society, or, in her words, “in the gutter”.

From the others, Kathy and her friends hear rumors of the possibility of “deferral” – a temporary reprieve from organ donation for donors who are in love and can somehow prove it. Tommy becomes convinced that the Gallery at Hailsham was intended to look into their souls and that artwork sent to the Gallery will be able to verify true love. Hoping to hear a declaration of love from him, she is visibly distressed when he reveals that his failure to send artwork to the Gallery as a child means he cannot apply with Ruth for a deferral. The relationship between Tommy and Ruth becomes sexual, putting a strain on Kathy’s friendships with the two. Kathy, feeling the need to distance herself, leaves the cottages to become a “carer” – a clone who is given a temporary reprieve from donation to do the job of supporting and comforting donors as they give up their organs. Tommy and Ruth’s relationship ends shortly before her departure, though it is not depicted but revealed through Kathy’s narration.

In the third and final act of the film, ten years later, Kathy is working as a carer. She has watched many clones gradually “complete” as their organs are harvested. Kathy has not seen Ruth or Tommy since the cottages. While working as a carer, Kathy happens to meet Ruth again, who is frail and unwell after two donations. They find Tommy, who is also weakened, and the three of them drive to the sea as a short trip at Ruth’s request. There, Ruth asks for their forgiveness for keeping them apart. She admits she has always known that Kathy and Tommy were meant to be together because their love for each other was real, whereas Ruth was with Tommy because she was jealous of his closeness to Kathy and afraid to be “left alone”. She tells them it was the worst thing she ever did and now she wants to put it right, then claims she has found a means to do so: she has found the address of the gallery owner, “Madame” from Hailsham, whom she thinks may grant deferrals to couples in love. With some reluctance due to skepticism, Kathy accepts the opportunity. Shortly afterward, Ruth dies on the operating table when her liver is extracted.

Kathy and Tommy finally begin a relationship, sharing a passionate kiss after a night of Kathy’s reading to him, before getting into bed together. Tommy explains to Kathy that he has been creating art in the hope that it will convince Madame to give them a deferral. He and Kathy drive to visit Madame, who lives with the headmistress of Hailsham. The two teachers sympathetically tell them that there have never been any such deferrals. They also explain that the purpose of the Gallery was not to look into their souls, but to determine if they had souls at all. Hailsham had been, in fact, the last remaining place to consider the ethical implications of the donor program. It had closed down owing to lack of funding. As Kathy and Tommy take in the news as they drive away, Tommy requests Kathy to stop the car to let him out and subsequently breaks down in an explosion of rage and frustration. Kathy consoles him, just as she had done during their days at Hailsham when Tommy would fall into fits of rage when bullied, and the two weep in each other’s arms. The ending sequence of the movie returns to the first shot of the movie where Tommy is being anesthetized on the operating table for what would be his last organ donation, while looking and smiling at Kathy who is standing on the other side of the glass window.

The film ends with Kathy still living, but knowing that her organ donations will begin in one month. She has come to an acceptance of her fate. Contemplating the ruins of her childhood, her voice-over ponders whether her fate is any different from the people who will receive her organs; after all, “we all complete”.”

    • Wouldn’t be surprised if some sort of MANDATORY organ donation is in the pipeline for the ‘lower classes’. It is big business in China – who would have thought! Also, look the they way when you apply for a driving licence it tries to trick you into opting onto the donor register by presenting the options: “Yes, I want to save a life. Please register me on the donor register.” and “No, I would like to find out more”. No: “Fuck off, I am not interested.” Another thing is that people assume that organs are removed when you are dead. Organs are in fact removed when you are ALIVE. Having worked in hospitals I can tell you that the transplant teams move in like vultures when they smell death.

      • The second option is “Not right now, I would like to find out more later”. Why not a: “No thanks!? Sounds like the Behavioural Insights Team (“nudge unit”) at the Cabinet Office has had a hand in this. Also, if I recall correctly, the “Yes please, I want to save a life. Please add me to the organ donation register is the top item and comes pre-selected. It is also the last question in the licence application, so it would be very easy for an applicant to just click “continue” in their to complete the application. How long before a “Please add to to the organ donor register is added to the Jobseekers Agreement/Claimant Commitment with a pre-selected indelible check-box?

        • something survived...

Completely bollocks. What if you have religious or other objections?
And statistically we have worse health than middle class people. So transplant recipients would get organs that currently are unfit for transplant, then get sick and die. If a person with HIV had their organs transplanted the recipient could die of AIDS.
How many recipients would not want an organ from a black donor, or a gay one? Who would be angry if their organs were put into an alcoholic, paedophile or Nazi?

I’ve been trying to deregister from the donor list but they aren’t letting me. Even though none of my organs are going to be suitable for reuse! And they know it! ~Bastards!

    • Brilliant book – still worth a read even after that informative abridged version. Thought-provoking & beautifully written but a bit like ‘1984’ – sadly – not too difficult to picture the story becoming real.

  30. The story of three friends who are tragically born to lead short lives, and the love triangle that forms between them in their brief time together.

  32. Why don’t the more attractive and younger unemployed simply go on the game as they used to in Victorian England. There’s always a market for a bit of spanking, wanking, and renting bodily orifices for sexual penetration.

You could be sitting on a fortune!

    • Iain Duncan Smith, Holy Roman Emperor and King of Bohemia

James, I discussed the possibility of setting up Workfare Brothels with my underlings at the Department for Work and Pensions some time ago, but we decided then that it wouldn’t be practicable because we reckoned the unemployed are such gruesome, flea-ridden scuzzbuckets they wouldn’t get much custom. However, I am always open to fresh ideas, so if you think that there is a feasible way to take this forward I’ll be happy to talk it over with you. Perhaps we could arrange to meet sometime during the festive season – tea and cake at my country pile, say?

    • Only a sexually depraved tory would know and want

      • something survived...

Tories/DWP would be breaking their own laws, as pimping’s illegal. Unless they changed the law, in which case they’d also have to make it illegal for police to keep on harrassing prostitutes and their clients. People are fed up of being constantly stopped by the police. If two people meet in public with a likelihood of having sex in a while, socially and for no money, they aren’t breaking a law. As soon as money’s involved, at least one of them is illegal?! And marriage is a sort of longer term arrangement, or at least used to be when there were not 2 incomes. It’s never ‘loitering or soliciting for the purposes of marriage’!

The other day I saw 2 female sex workers working in the rain, approaching clients. I know both. Both are on benefits. Both would fill your above description of benefits recipients, who are also not physically attractive and one is older. They were still managing to get clients, but I think their rates are quite low. And the clients they were getting, were really dodgy and desperate ones.

If there is going to be more open and legal sex work then we should:
Take away the stigma, Make it clear that it is sex work, Have the right to refuse or not apply, Be clear who the employer is with proper contracts of employment, Stop large parts of the industry being illegal, Stop people getting in trouble for having consenting adult porn, Have safe places of work, Have healthcare facilities, Have the right to leave, Make it fully equal opportunity, Not sanction jobseekers for not applying.

  33. Two points I would like to make, one previously on the Sister Site http://www.intensiveactivity.wordpress.com I was once seen on that site by my wpp advisor who threatened a sanction if I did not stop looking at the site. THIS BY THE WAY WAS ON A SATURDAY – LATE AFTERNOON AND IN THE PUBLIC LIBRARY. be careful out there folks you are not safe even in your own time. I now have 5 email accounts for various this reason. Second point is regarding MWA. Although I am halfway through my 1st year of WP, I have an ongoing medical condition that is making it harder to stand or sit for long periods and also carry or lift heavy objects. Does anybody know how I can avoid manual MWA?, or should I go and just hope there is ”NOT” an ”INDUSTRIAL ACCICEDENT OR INJURY”

    • I may not be a legal expert, but I would think it none of their business what websites you looked at in your spare time.
That advisor could be breaking the data protection rules surely, by even telling you what other websites you were on in the first place I would have thought.
Any sanctions merely for checking out sites such as this would definitely be illegal.
I could understand folks getting a “ticking off” browsing the web, say looking at the latest pop gossip or something, or the news or whatever, if you were actually in the work programme offices, but out with that, even in a public library, you can look at whatever you like….and if it is in a private residence….you can really look at what ever you like, that the libraries, etc wouldn’t allow !!!

Woe betide anyone in DWP or anywhere else who dared say that to me.
They wouldn’t be around long to worry about giving sanctions, but would be more concerned at the prospect of a police investigation!
That comment from your advisor is worth a complaint to some MP.

    • Philip:

You can’t avoid a MWA but you can get your hours reduced from 30 to 16 per week if you have any medical issues or restrictions that have been agreed on your Jobseekers Agreement.

Talk to a medical adviser or a floor manager about this.

      • Also Philip you can request any adviser you see to make a new Jobseekers Agreement at any time listing your restrictions.

  34. I have never commented on here before but I am so angry seeing the Salvation Army xmas campaign of Give £19 to help a homeless person, that I felt I had to!
I am so disgusted with their support of forced welfare that I will never donate again!
Instead, everytime their advert now appears on tv, I phone their donation line…0800 8401234 and as they ask for my bank details instantly, I inform them that I will not be donating to them at all whilst they perpetuate the homeless/poverty situation by using mandatory workfare people and that many thousands will/have been made homeless and put in severe poverty due to sanctions placed on them for not being able to attend forced workfare placements with the Salvation Army, so therefore many of these people wouldnt need help from them if the Salvation Army refused to participate in the scheme.
I am always polite to the person on the phone but fully inform them of the damage being done by their so-called
charity. Most of whom I have spoken to appear quite shocked and unaware of the situation, many are volunteers themselves so I then ask if they are true volunteers or forced workfare!
I also point out how many people who have physical or mental health disabilities who Atos have still deemed fit to work, will not only end up homeless this year but will also stand a very good chance of having their children forcibly removed as they cannot afford to keep a roof over their heads due to benefit sanctions.
I cant do much help but phoning this freephone number 08008401234 when their advert appears makes me feel a bit better!
Plus it also feels good to inform the apparently ignorant person on the receiving end of how much damage the Salvation Army is causing to so many people they claim to care about! Ps they normally suggest phoning 0207 3674800 head office to officially complain…not freephone though. Hope you all get through xmas ok and best wishes to you all!

    • I am dubious of all charities, the ones at the top are always loaded and nothing really seems to express any real change in progress concerning the actual charity. The millions raised at comic relief provides a few wells and a few medical supplies and the suffering continues year after year. (NO brainer alert…………. begin a fertile land project, build canals, etc)

I don`t get the Sally Army because what the advert is saying is `If you don`t pay up £19, right on top of Christmas, Edith wont get to see anyone, a little kid wont get any presents etc

If I ran a charity, a religious one at that, I would ask in Summer for good quality unwanted goods / toys (not money) that would benefit people throughout winter / Christmas that their own people Volunteers could distribute at Christmas time.

Money asked for a week prior to Christmas is not going to be spent in that week – Goods collected in earlier months would build up and be appreciated by the needy. – It will go a lot further than cash in the charity`s pocket.

As for Edith not getting to see anyone without a £19 donation? Are the sally army `member` volunteers being paid to visit people? not only is that contradictive, the DWP forced labour volunteers aint!!!!

  35. If we got nineteen pound donations we could probably look after the poor better than that sanctimonious lot.

    • @guyfawkes…you are correct, as it would cut out the pig trough! I guess the big bosses must be feeling that their bonuses are not enough this year, hence them supporting the government in making even more homeless through no fault of their own. If people can survive without their help then presumably that means huge losses for organisations like this so-called charity! Forced workfare enforced by benefit sanctions then forces people to turn to those that harmed them in the first place…..beaten dog syndrome! 😦

From the Libcon article on JV’s twitter feed.

“The government’s investment in conservative charities has paid off in two ways. Not only have they got the charities doing their dirty work, they have also bought their silence. Saint Vincent De Paul, one of the few charities not on the government’s Job Network payroll, complained that Centrelink were forcing many people off the dole and onto their emergency services. Not a peep was heard from the Salvation Army.”

So this shit is going down in Australia too!

      great article, isn’t it…the personification of capitalism…

      • something survived...

brilliant article. confirms they are homophobic bastards.

What it didn’t mention, is that homeless/evicted/poor people in couples get discriminated against. Married couples might get allowed a room together, or help. But unmarried couples are either turned away or split up and sent to single sex dorms. They can meet at tea break but can’t touch let alone kiss or screw. Even if they were together 20 years and have kids.
And gay couples and individuals get turned away or prayed over. They can’t be allowed rooms. If you put them in a married room that’s a licence to have sex, and takes away a room from a ‘normal’ (het) coupling. But if you put them in single sex dorms, they will a) have unnatural sex, b) have sex in front of others; c) try to sexually assault others or convert them to homosexuality. They might let in a lone gay person, but will exorcise them, pray a lot, call them sinful, give them homophobic literature, lecture them for hours on their ‘evil’.

They hate sex workers of all genders and sexualities, except fail to see the irony that they (Salvation Army) are poverty pimps. And they hate anyone who is not a sex worker but just has lots of sex with random/various people. (Okay if god created humans and sex, then how come we are wrong if we have sex?)

  40. DEAR DWP;

  42. This statement is a feeble effort to distance himself from the real thing that is worrying him, the pile of dead bodies that point the finger of blame firmly at his feet…………..

It’s ok to have a double barreled name like DUNCAN SMITH, but to have it associated with MURDER ON AN EPIC SCALE could prove very embarrassing for this inept coward who is nearing his sell by date.

His time is numbered. No party wants the stain of a contract killer on its books, especially the con-dems.

One thing is certain this Christmas, he will not sleep very well because his conscience will not allow it………….

Rather like the Dickens novel, his past will come back to haunt him, and haunt him it will.
Ignorance of the facts has always resulted in a fall from grace, his will be no different.

,,,,,,,,,,,,he will not be remembered for anything good, because he has not done anything good, he will be remembered throughout history as the taker of innocent lives and the DWP the weapon that delivered the fatal blows……….

Going to court in January for not paying council tax in November. This was because my money was totally withdrawn for five weeks in November. Even now my reduced pittance ESA of 71 pound a week is reinstated it is not enough to eat, heat or pay rent , let alone pay it back to those dictators. The DWP, Seetec, and fucking IDS are the TERMINATORS!!! They have hounded me. I am exhausted, and unwell.

Thank god they have shut up business for a day or two. We may get some peace. But still would not mind betting a fucking brown envelope or bill from the council actually will rock up in a post Christmas day. I have had no food and was so desperate that I have managed to get a turkey for xmas dinner. Are you with me here Geoff .

Try and have a peaceful Christmas everyone. It may not be a rich one, but we should get a bit of peace for a few days. Oh and if any of you still have a T. V do not watch Jamie Fucking Oliver stuffing his face. Would be too upsetting.

  51. Some Christmas Eve benefits not paid due to DWP ‘error’.

More than 32,000 people have not received benefit payments in time for Christmas due to a Department for Work and Pensions “administrative error”.

  52. “Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year”

………but for some of us the drudgery of living without whatever means, necessary, seems to have taken a new twist!

How could you honestly make an administrative error that affects so many people at this coldest time of year, over the Yuletide period, when a few pounds would bring a warm, comforting smile and the knowledge you could, at least, afford a meal and a roof above your head……………

Don’t forget, this is before the highly acclaimed, UNIVERSAL CREDIT comes into being. The panacea to end all ills of the welfare payments system…………..

Terminally ill cancer patients are facing “severe” delays in receiving benefit payments under the Government’s flagship new welfare system for disabled people, with dozens of people dying before ever receiving payments, a leading charity has warned.

Macmillan Cancer Support branded delays in processing personal independence payment (PIP) claims “deplorable”, while the official responsible for the introduction of the system admitted to MPs that some patients with fatal conditions had suffered “awful experiences” because of a service that was “not up to standard”.

Minister for disabled people Mike Penning told the House of Commons Work and Pensions Committee that changes had been implemented to speed up the system. He said he wanted to cut the wait for PIP payments for terminally ill claimants to seven days, though he stressed he was not setting this as a formal target.

More than 32,000 people have not received benefit payments in time for Christmas due to a Department for Work and Pensions “administrative error”.

The cash was due to go into bank accounts on Christmas Eve but will not now be paid until Friday 27 December.

Most of those affected are first-time claimants or people expecting loans to cover rent and other “essential” items.

The DWP attempted to pay the money to anyone who called the department or a Jobcentre by 5pm on Christmas Eve.

A spokesman said the problem had affected only a “limited number” of claimants, totalling 32,200.

“The vast majority of regular benefit payments have been made on time this Christmas,” the spokesman added.

“However, due to an administrative issue, a number of one-off or more irregular payments will now be paid on 27 December, rather than the 24th.

“We have procedures in place to ensure that anyone who has been affected by this and who contacts us today (24 December) will get their benefits paid, usually within three hours.”

Some of those affected include new claimants waiting for their first payment, those owed arrears, people who have applied for Social Fund budgeting loans, which are a minimum of £100 and are meant to help with the cost of “essential things” such as clothes, rent and furniture.

In “a very few cases” people owed pension-related arrears have also been affected.

The categories of benefits affected include Jobseekers Allowance, Employment Support Allowance, Social Fund and certain categories of pension.

……….IT WOULD NOT SURPRISE ME IF THE DWP WERE DOING THESE THINGS DELIBERATELY…………

    • I reckon they did it ‘accidentally on purpose.’ I haven’t received any money after signing on last week, and I am not a new claimant. If I didn’t have any family members who could help me out, I’d be in a load of sh1t!

      • A4eS,
me too. It was apparently, just a ‘system error’ though so all’s ok then.
I’m similar to you – it wasn’t half as bad as it could have been (& it was also half expected – or not completely unexpected (?). Still came as something of a shock though).

The people at the end of the phone Xmas eve were nicer than I’ve ever heard them – but it was 4pm by the time i rang them & they could probably see light at the end of the tunnel etc. They did mention that they’d had “quite a day” making all (32,000) ‘same-day’ payments to those who’d found out in time & presumably had managed to get through to try to discuss/resolve it etc. A first-time payment that doesn’t come through on Xmas Eve … I hope someone’s writing all this down & will publish it one day.

if you actually ask a question you might get an answer, but i cannot fathom how your question relates to the new statesman article kc58 refers to…

      • MBX, I think you may have confused the reply to your post by A4ESUCKS with next one by Kitty.
From all the stuff I have seen posted on these websites, etc, I’m guessing Work Programme advisors are acting as a law unto themselves.
From telling folks they could get sanctioned for looking at the wrong social type websites in public libraries, which in fact, they don’t have a right to do, to demanding info and stuff they are not allowed.

Regards your point about Jobseekers directions etc, I am sure only an actual DWP signing clerk, or DWP advisor at a jobcenter has any such authority to make changes to your JSA conditions.
Work Programme advisors are supposed to help you along with what the DWP sets out for you.

UJM is a DWP setup (literally!) Work Programme folks have no authority around it that anyone else is aware of.
They can ask the usual how many times you check it out and so on, but have no legal rights over it.
Maybe I am wrong in today’s ever changing climate, but that is how I understand it.
But does not the work programme have it’s own preferred websites for jobsearch, Why this need to see UJM?
It seems to be quite petty.

        • MBXK454@HUSHMAIL.COM

Under a different guise I made the point of the public library, hence I am now here and NOT on my old email etc. My wpp is also starting it’s own portal not unlike ujm and I have been mandated and threats of sanctions if I do not to sign up to it. I have also been mandated to give access to wpp to my ujm ac as well. It seems that the two wpp in this area are working hand in hand with jcp. Even so far as having their own signing positions at the jobcentre

          • Here’s what SolFed says:

            Universal Jobmatch

            What Should I Do?

Our advice can be summed up as:

You may be forced to sign up to Universal Jobmatch. If this happens:

            (1) Don’t give ANYONE access to your account.
            (2) Revoke this access if you’ve given it already.

On 1 March 2013 PCS, the trade union of Jobcentre staff, released a statement saying that the website will become mandatory on Monday 4 March 2013. “From Monday you may be forced to sign up to the Universal Jobmatch and threatened with sanctions if you refuse to do so. When this happens, it is important that you protect your rights and privacy when creating an account. Do not give access to your account!
Even if you sign up to the website, you do not have to let Jobcentre or DWP monitor your activity on it. PCS’ statement makes this clear: If, and when, a claimant signs up to UJ, they will be encouraged to give DWP access to their account. However, it is absolutely clear from a legal perspective that the claimant does not have to tick the box to give DWP access to their account, and can provide alternative proof of UJ sign up and use, e.g. screenprints…”

Your advisor will most likely pressurize you to give them access to your account. It is important that you do not do that. Giving them access will make it much easier for them to find a reason to sanction you in the future. Avoid this as much as possible! Read and follow the advice below.

Do not authorise DWP to view your account on the website

Signing up to the website is a two step process. First your create a Government Gateway ID, then you create an account on Universal Jobmatch using that ID. In the second step, you have to fill in a form on the website. It is important that you do not tick a checkbox labelled I authorise DWP to view my accounts, including job search activity, feedback and notes. You do not have to do that – click on the question mark next to it to confirm that it is not required.

Have you given access to your account already? Revoke it!

Even if you signed up to the website and and authorised DWP to view your account, you can still change that. Log in to the website, click on the Profile link in the top right corner of the page. You will see a form identical to the one you used to sign up. Scroll to the bottom, untick the I authorise DWP… checkbox and Save.

Do not sign paper forms allowing access to your account

You do not have to sign any paper form asking for access to your account like this one. Department of Work and Pensions wrote here:

“The letter referred to in your request is not a nationally approved Universal Jobmatch (UJ) product. We have therefore requested all Jobcentre Plus offices refrain from using locally produced products and as a result of this, documents of this nature should no longer be in circulation.”

The Terms and Conditions of the website say:

            “2.3 You agree not to:
2.3.12 share your login credentials to the site with anyone else;”

This applies to all forms and other ways of sharing your login details to Universal Jobmatch.

  59. Iain Duncan Smith MP (King of the DWP)

    Dear Friends

My thought is to sum all the benefits that an individual gets and divide it by the minimum wage in order to calculate the requisite number of hours that an individual should spend on compulsory workfare.

Of course if somebody, with children for example, received more in benefits than they would on minimum wage they would be expected to:

    (1) Do “overtime”, i.e., more than 35 hours of workfare per week,

    or,

    (2) Have their benefits cut to a minimum wage level.

We need to do this to get the incentives right and encourage people into gainful employment, or, at the very least, compel them to do something in return for monies paid to them as benefits to them from the state and discourage such people from sponging. We should also link idleness with philoprogenitiveness so that if people on benefits don’t succeed in finding jobs their children will suffer the consequences with them, with the biggest families suffering most: you see, what people won’t do for themselves they might well do if their children suffer cold and hunger; when the babes and infants of the moribund starting wailing as their bellies churn and rumble, well, if that doesn’t encourage skivers into work I really don’t know what will.

    Happy new year.

    We are working for you.

My in-laws were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to enjoy my company, as their guest, for some considerable length of time.

        • something survived...

          Dear Friends

My suggestion is to calculate all the mass and volume of IDS, and divide it by the number of benefits recipients, in order to determine the requisite number and size of pieces into which IDS is to be divided. The parts will be distributed to the furthest regions of the globe.

We need to do this to incentivise the poor and encourage people into laughter, or, at the very least, cheer them up on a cold and rainy winter day. It will be carried out by the people, in retribution for benefits monies stolen from them by the state; and in order to discourage IDS’s molecules from re-forming. We should also link the concept of IDS with necrobestiality, so that if people on benefits don’t succeed in finding jobs, their children will at least have something to laugh at on television and the internet. The results of the segmentation of IDS will be filmed for the people’s edification. We wish nobody to suffer through lacking a television or computer, and will be encouraging a spirit of neighbourliness and sharing of screens. The biggest families will be the most well-placed to offer free home television viewings. Others can go to giant screens that will be erected in each town for communal viewing pleasure.

          Happy new year.

          We are working for you.

  60. Yet more crap from IDS:

No hiding place for those who opt for a life on benefits, says Duncan Smith

Work and Pensions Secretary issues warning to unemployed people.
He says anyone who refuses to seek work will have ‘no hiding place’.
Goes on to insist that looking for work should be ‘full-time’ in itself.

At October’s Tory Party conference, Mr Duncan Smith announced that there were plans to make some jobless attend ‘full-time mandatory attendance centres’.

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2529714/Duncan-Smith-No-hiding-place-opt-life-benefits.html

    • He’s announced this before. I believe two pilot projects are planned. Not that IDS and his cronies wouldn’t confine the unemployed for eight hours a day, every day, in a centre of some kind if it were possible, but really, with so many people on Jobseeker’s Allowance and similar how could such a scheme be run nationally?

And what are unemployed persons supposed to do to look for work for so many hours? The DWP makes impossible demands which they must know cannot be met. Seriously, how could any person spend EIGHT HOURS a day looking for and applying for work?

      • Well, if they issued us with sandwitch boards with, “I AM CURRENTLY WITHOUT WORK. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HIRE ME OR CAN ADVISE ME WHERE TO APPLY FOR CASUAL WORK OR A POSITION PLEASE STOP ME AND INFORM ME”, printed on them front and back, we could wear them like a wooden poncho and spend the day walking around local towns and cities hoping for the best.

        • something survived...

till we’re kicked to death five minutes later.

I can’t lift a sandwich board (I did it for a day and got sacked), and am far too short. Maybe they intend me to use it as a tent?

A joke is that now if you try going in the job centre on a day when you’re not signing (even if they specifically ordered you to go), or if it is your signing day but you’re more than 5 minutes early, they tell you to leave! They say you are not allowed to use that jobpoint machine for that long a time, it’ll overheat, people need to use it. After doing ‘today’s jobs’ and ‘this week’s jobs’, I’ve already done the previous fortnight and month list/’all jobs’ searches. They tell me to do all over again the search I’ve just done! Then tell me to leave. Then try to sanction me for not visiting the jobcentre enough and not using the jobpoint long enough. Or for going to a jobpoint at a jobcentre elsewhere. They had 15 machines and now they have 1 or 2 that work at all. The rest are permanently out of order. The jobcentre is open 9-5 five days a week. In a city of 20,000, of which a third are students, there are 4,000 people from the region signing on. There’s a handful of JCP staff, all part time, all on full pay. The jokecentre has these eejits, who mess around when they are there (and most are not even signing people), stare at you like you might as well be a fried egg.

They’re now frequently late. How the fuck are they meant to sign on all 4,000 of us every 2 weeks? Nearby is a disability-inaccessible Atos centre. Why can’t these creeps get cholera and die?

    • Who the fuck “chooses” to live a life on benefits? You might as well attack elderly pensioners for living on benefits because they have “chosen” to be old.

  62. Local councils ”exploiting” back to work scheme to fill roles left empty due to Coalition cuts

Town halls are increasingly taking on workers under the workfare programme to fill roles left empty because of cuts.

But figures show that the majority of the jobseekers are only given work for a few weeks and do not get a permanent job at the end.

The scheme has been branded a “disgrace” as participants only receive their benefits – meaning they get paid as little as £1.78 a hour for a full time job.

“Research shows workfare doesn’t help people find work. People across the country are taking action to stop Osborne’s new six month workfare scheme from launching in April. Forced unpaid work cannot become the norm in the UK.”

A depressed blind man killed himself after he was left penniless because his benefits were slashed, an inquest heard

Desperate Tim Salter struggled to even feed himself when controversial private firm Atos ruled he was fit for work, despite his failing eyesight.

The 53-year-old, who also suffered agoraphobia, was about to be kicked out of his housing association home when he hanged himself in the hall.

A coroner ruled the Government’s decision to axe Tim’s meagre incapacity benefit contributed to his death.

And the former assistant store manager’s sister Linda Cooksey told how his fitness to work test was carried out by a physiotherapist with no experience of mental health issues or knowledge of his blindness.

The 60-year-old said his family never even knew about his money problems until after his death.

She added: “Stopping his benefits sent him over the edge. When his small savings ran out he got in trouble with his rent, and his £30 disability allowance a week just wasn’t enough.

“Tim ran out of money. He was a proud man and never let on to anybody. It’s so sad. I want everyone to know what this government is doing to vulnerable people on benefits.

“He had a certificate to say he was blind. When we got into his house there was no food, he practically starved in the last weeks.”

Daily Mirror e-edition: How to get yours for FREE

South Staffordshire coroner Andrew Haigh said: “A major factor in his death was that his benefits had been greatly reduced leaving him almost destitute.”

    Tim died on September 25.

An eviction letter from South Staffordshire Housing Association was found in the bin by his family.

He was registered partially-blind in 1994. His eyes were damaged when he tried to kill himself in 1989 after losing his job.

His family has written to David Cameron about his Atos treatment.

The housing association insisted help was available for those struggling to pay rent.

And the Department for Work and Pensions said Tim had the right to appeal its decision.

    Verdict: Suicide.

I wouldn’t pay too much attention to economists, they only spout what the government and the bank of England want them to say. They never spoke of sanctioned benefits when reporting that unemployment was down.
If interest rates go up it will because a lot of ISA’s and other government bonds come to fruition and those who acquired these will have money to spare, who better to get it than the banks that have paid their tax free dividends out to them.
This will not increase personal debt for those that have the means and most of those with mortgages who survived negativity equity over the years will have the money to pay a higher interest rate.
The BBC also did a programme recently about non-profit making credit unions being preferable to big banks and will encourage saving – what a load of codswallop, even their money will be loaned out to those that the banks reject as creditworth enough, but MIGHT have the means to pay back to a credit union funded by the poor, with very little interest and riskier lending.

COULD IT BE THAT THEY ARE AFRAID OF TAKING SO MANY STATEMENTS FROM THE STAFF OF THE DWP, THAT SURROUND THIS MYSTERIOUS SURGE IN FATALITIES?

WHAT STARTED AS AN EXTERMINATION OF THE WEAKEST HAS NOW TURNED INTO A PANTOMIME FARCE…………..

YOU CAN CONTROL THE MEDIA, PROTECT THE POLITICIANS, CONTROL THE JUDICIARY, AND BURY YOUR MISTAKES, BUT WHOSE GOT THE BOTTLE TO STAND UP AND ADMIT YOU WERE WRONG?
    THE ANSWER IS NOBODY!

IT’S GOVERNMENT POLICY TO SOLDIER ON AND CONTINUE WASTING MONEY RATHER THAN END THE FARCE.

THE FARCE THAT IS FUNDED BY THE MONEY THAT HAS LED TO THE DEATHS OF SO MANY UNFORTUNATE VICTIMS.

THE WORLD IS WATCHING AND WAITING. COULD THIS CRAZED SERIAL KILLER, BLESSED BY THE QUEENS ROYAL ASSENT, BE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE BEFORE THERE ARE MORE HOUSES THAN PEOPLE………………….

WHEN CAMERON SAID “WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER”, HE MEANT EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID………….

THE BIGGEST COVER UP OF A RENEGADE DEPARTMENT, THE DWP, IN THE SPIRALING LOSS OF LIFE SINCE THE SECOND WORLD WAR!

THE HANGMANS NOOSE IS TIGHTENING AS YOU STRUGGLE TO COME TO TERMS WITH THE INSURMOUNTABLE GHOSTS OF YOUR VICTIMS……………………………………

Bradford Volunteer Centre have now confirmed that they support Liverpool Volunteer Centre’s statement, and that in their view the proposed compulsory placements “are not volunteering”.

  78. ………..extract taken from staff bulletin to DWP internal departments on 7th Nov 2013, as highlighted in Daily Mirror;

evidence to be obtained before a decision can be made on balance of probabilities.
    12. In exceptional circumstances, should all sources of evidence be exhausted and it is still not
possible to reach a decision on balance of probabilities, the designated person may seek
advice from ATOS using the DBD 385 via the medical evidence wizard.
    ………………………………………………………………………………

…………..they are saying, the use of ATOS material in making a decision on a disabled persons claim, must only be used if every other avenue has been thoroughly exhausted…………….

A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO ATOS WERE HERALDED BY THE DWP AS THE MOST HIGHLY TRAINED FIRE BREATHING DRAGONS OF THE HEALTHCARE WORLD.

TODAY THEY ARE NOT EVEN ON THE BACK BURNER……

NAMED AND SHAMED AS THE CHARLATANS THAT THEY REALLY ARE,
“THE PRODUCT OF A STATE ENLISTED, DISABILITY DENIAL MACHINE THAT HOLD NO CREDIBILITY WHATSOEVER, A SHAM IN EVERY RESPECT”

…………a ruthless organisation that has brought about deaths in our community, sponsored by the DWP in collusion with another government department, Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunal Service,

“A FINELY HONED, WELFARE AND DISABILITY KILLING MACHINE”
