Petition To Scrap All Benefit Sanction Hits 10,000 Signatures To Round Off Successful Week of Action Against Workfare

benefit-sanctions-petitionThe petition calling for all benefit sanctions to be scrapped without exceptions hit 10,000 signatures over the weekend rounding off a hugely successful week of action against workfare and sanctions.

Protests have taken place both on and offline across the UK during the week in which George Osborne announced a massive extension of workfare for the young.

Yesterday 40 people from Edinburgh Coalition Against Poverty, the Black Triangle Campaign and the IWW blockaded a Salvation Army charity shop for two hours making good the promise to workfare exploiters that if you exploit us, we will shut you down.

Today mass workfare exploiters Marks and Spencer were targeted in London, with pickets outside their stores in both Wood Green and Islington.  Protests against workfare, sanctions and Universal Credit have also been held in Wrexham, Cardiff, Hammersmith, Lewisham, Glasgow, Sheffield, Reading and even a solidarity action in Germany.

Earlier in the week a noisy protest ruined the workfare exploiter’s lunch  at the welfare-to-work industries national conference at Senate House in central London – where campaigners were joined by students who are currently involved in a fierce campaign themselves against their university’s exploitation of outsourced staff.

Action also took place online as people took to social networking to vent their disgust at the wide range of forced labour schemes – some of which are run by well known charities like @groundworkuk and @TCVTweets.  As the pic below shows, the week has seen ever more creative ways devised for those who wish to show their disgust at forced, unpaid work.

salvation-army-mailoutThe fight against workfare and benefit sanctions is far from over and a national gathering to discuss taking further action against welfare reforms and cuts is planned for February next year.

In the meantime please continue sharing, signing and tweeting the petition against sanctions  and show that there are many people in the UK who oppose poverty being used as a weapon in any circumstances.

Please feel free to post links to any reports of protests and actions against workfare in the comments.

  1. The Starvation Army Christmas Appeal

“Just £200 a month will help us to provide a bowl of cold soup and a stale roll for “Johnny” who has been made homeless and hungry due to receiving a three year benefit sanction through his Mandatory Work Activity placement in one of our ‘charity’ sweatshops. Please give generously! Thank you!”

    • Starvation Army: good call! I love it.

    • The Starvartion Army are SCUM!!

From here – Whistle While You Work (For Nothing): Positive Affect as Coercive Strategy – The Case of Workfare – must read!

“The complex supply chains of the Work Programme, which makes heavy use of the voluntary sector, make this question and the self-scrutiny it ought to provoke more pressing. Such complexity serves to insulate charitable organisations (who advise or provide services for contractors, or who arrange and benefit from placements) from the decision of whether or not to sanction claimants and from accountability for the consequences.”

      • The Starvartion Army are SCUM!!

“Failure to be ‘actively seeking work’ accounts for the biggest share of the colossal – and accelerating – increase in sanction rates since 2004.”

‘Sometimes life’s just plain unfair. Bad things happen to the nicest of people. On top of being unfair, life’s unpredictable and uncertain a great deal of the time. And really, that’s just the way life is…. ’

‘Life’s unfair to pretty much everyone from time to time. If you can accept the cold hard reality of injustice and uncertainty, you’re far more likely to bounce back when life slaps you in the face. You’re also less likely to be anxious about making decisions and taking risks. But remember, you can still strive to play fair yourself ‘
        – A4e Healthy Attitudes for Living

The reminder that ‘you can still play fair yourself’ delegates the role of ‘playing fair’ to people in situations of poverty and unpaid labour and of course also tends to pre-empt reflection on structural injustice.

    • “Till at last the child’s mind is these suggestions, and the sum of the suggestions is the child’s mind. And not the child’s mind only. The adult’s mind too-all his life long. The mind that judges and desire and decides-made up of these suggestions. But all these suggestions are our suggestions… Suggestions from the State.”

  2. Woe to him who builds his palace by unrighteousness,
    his upper rooms by injustice,
making his own people work for nothing,
not paying them for their labour.

    – Jeremiah 22:13

  3. At his day thou shalt give him his hire, neither shall the sun go down upon it; for he is poor, and setteth his heart upon it: lest he cry against thee unto the LORD, and it be sin unto thee.

    – Deuteronomy 24:15

  4. For the labourer is worthy of his hire.

      Matthew 20

      Easy-to-Read Version (ERV)
Jesus Uses a Story About Farm Workers

20 “God’s kingdom is like a man who owned some land. One morning, the man went out very early to hire some people to work in his vineyard. 2 He agreed to pay the workers one silver coin for working that day. Then he sent them into the vineyard to work.

3 “About nine o’clock the man went to the marketplace and saw some other people standing there. They were doing nothing. 4 So he said to them, ‘If you go and work in my field, I will pay you what your work is worth.’ 5 So they went to work in the vineyard.

“The man went out again about twelve o’clock and again at three o’clock. Both times he hired some others to work in his vineyard. 6 About five o’clock the man went to the marketplace again. He saw some other people standing there. He asked them, ‘Why did you stand here all day doing nothing?’

7 “They said, ‘No one gave us a job.’

“The man said to them, ‘Then you can go and work in my vineyard.’

8 “At the end of the day, the owner of the field said to the boss of all the workers, ‘Call the workers and pay them all. Start by paying the last people I hired. Then pay all of them, ending with the ones I hired first.’

9 “The workers who were hired at five o’clock came to get their pay. Each worker got one silver coin. 10 Then the workers who were hired first came to get their pay. They thought they would be paid more than the others. But each one of them also received one silver coin. 11 When they got their silver coin, they complained to the man who owned the land. 12 They said, ‘Those people were hired last and worked only one hour. But you paid them the same as us. And we worked hard all day in the hot sun.’

13 “But the man who owned the field said to one of them, ‘Friend, I am being fair with you. You agreed to work for one silver coin. Right? 14 So take your pay and go. I want to give the man who was hired last the same pay I gave you. 15 I can do what I want with my own money. Why would you be jealous because I am generous?’

16 “So those who are last now will be first in the future. And those who are first now will be last in the future.”

      • Is this biblical story really fair or does it highlight the injustices and differences in our own incomes policies.
The fact is the amount paid to the early workers was adequate to feed their families and the vineyard owner apparently wanted all of his workers to be able to feed their families that was why he paid them the same.

        • Landless Peasant

I think the deeper meaning is that if you profit materially you lose out spiritually, and vise versa.

          • Landless you are correct as it was jesus that said “he who shall be first shall be last” when referring to entering his kingdom and camel and eye of needle etc., but this one was specifically referring to the work place if I am not mistaken with reference to Jesus’ quote.

            • Wrong, guy… it was Bruce “The Boss” Springsteen

Men walkin’ ‘long the railroad tracks
Goin’ someplace there’s no goin’ back
Highway patrol choppers comin’ up over the bridge
Hot soup on a campfire under the bridge
Shelter line stretchin’ ’round the corner
Welcome to the new world order
Families sleepin’ in their cars in the Southwest
No home no job no peace no rest
              The highway is alive tonight
But nobody’s kiddin’ nobody about where it goes
I’m sittin’ down here in the campfire light
Searchin’ for the ghost of Tom Joad

He pulls a prayer book out of his sleeping bag
Preacher lights up a butt and takes a drag
Waitin’ for when the last shall be first and the first shall be last
In a cardboard box ‘neath the underpass
Got a one-way ticket to the promised land
You got a hole in your belly and gun in your hand
Sleepin’ on a pillow of solid rock
              Bathin’ in the city aqueduct

              The highway is alive tonight
              Where it’s headed everybody knows
I’m sittin’ down here in the campfire light
Waitin’ on the ghost of Tom Joad

Now Tom said “Mom, wherever there’s a cop beatin’ a guy
Wherever a hungry newborn baby cries
Where there’s a fight against the blood and hatred in the air
Look for me mom I’ll be there
Wherever there’s somebody fightin’ for a place to stand
Or a decent job or a helpin’ hand
Wherever somebody’s strugglin’ to be free
Look in their eyes Mom you’ll see me.”

Well the highway is alive tonight
But nobody’s kiddin’ nobody about where it goes
I’m sittin’ down here in the campfire light

  5. I was there on the Holloway rd picket. We handed out a lot of leaflets and engaged with a few people, I made a few connections and will go to their next meeting to find out what else is happening. There was only about 20 people but we did really well. I am not affiliated with any organization but I agree 100% with what they are saying. Fuck M&S the workfare wankers. Keep posting the info Johnny, much appreciated mate.

  6. I am sure there will be people who think that sanctions are a good thing and need to be stepped up to punish lazy ppl..also to make sure they are aware of time keeping and its just a hazard they should expect if they are getting ‘ free money ‘ and argue that workshy should do something for that handout ..
Overlooking the fact that starving ppl isnt going to create jobs ..a bit like closing hospitals will suddenly cure sickness

  7. I abhor any workfare or forced labour. The Salvation Army are scum for using my name for monetery gain by using slavery. A fair day’s wage for a fair day’s work.

    • I don’t understand by cutting someones only source of income is somehow going to help them..no money no good ho rent no home no address no job ..
      Pointless in the extreme ..
Saving tax payers money could be done in other ways …the joke being that this harsh measure no one will be paying less tax.only huge corps with tax avoidance plans that have fuck all to do with benefit sanctions will result in increased taxation to make up the loss..

  8. Fuck the Salvation Army.

  9. The savation Army are SCUM..

  12. Another Fine Mess

    Good video.

    • You are being punished for being a lowly poor person had you had ambition to succeed and become extremely wealthy
By fucking ppl over and cherished greed ..you would not be in this position . its all your fault you brought this on yourself . you had the chance to rise to the top of the cornflake packet but no you just sat there bothering yourself with stupid nonsense about disabled and other lazy types ..
If however you come to your senses and vote properly and get off your arse and actually con people out of their hard earned please remember to chuck a bit of that cash our way ..thanks
      Sally Army

    • Ian Duncan Smith a replica of the Rhodesian president Ian Douglas Smith, an elitist and white supremacist who persecuted the black south africans.

      • anti-work programme

does that mean that IDS is actually an black man whitened up in disguise and intent on persecuting us white British natives?

  13. Sally is self righteous ! And believe that everything is black and white written by bible bashing The Lord will provide ? God will do us a favour and relise we normal people live in a real world , where colour is every where, but greed takes everything , the poor stay where their place should be working for low pay, never getting the belief of god when the house is going to be repossessed and zero hours exist ?
Lost in the world of depression it’s never black or white but a shade of sucide for many ? and loss of many when people kick you down and keep it there and blame others when everyone else is losing theirs ! So don’t ask for support Sally no more as I am at the door workhouse .

  14. Well they’ve just said on the news that more people than ever are poor and living below the povery line while also in work than ever before. Government response is welfare reforms to make getting a job is the answer.? This just demonstrates they don’t understand what is happening and also do not listen either. People “in work” are below the poverty line. We are all in it together ha ha very funny!

  15. More cruel ways to crush those that need help most

  16. While all government have a right to seek revenue and contributions from their members, the etraordinary fraud and continued deception and fraud that is required to keep the INFERIOR ROMEN SYSTEM of tax operating, negates the validity of claiming the law, instead all systems of revenue based in INFERIOR ROMAN tax law are NULL and VOID from the beginning. ab initio.

  17. Already posted the sally army form back, using the franked envelope inside. They will be charged for it that way.

    • Me too. Also, to prevent them simply resending the form to someone else, I wrote across it, “Why should I give you a damn thing when I know it’s not going where it’s needed?” I do this to all ‘charities’ that employ forced labour.

      • I did all of this writing over envelopes more than 10 years ago when my benefits were sanctioned and the bills were rolling it that I couldn’t pay.
I wrote when I get paid so will you – stop sanctioning of benefits.

    • Crazy – even the WRAG on ESA can be heavily sanctioned for minor “offences” – remember, these are people are often seriously ill. Bastards.

      • The categories are nonsensical, but that aside, a significant proportion of the people put into that group ought to be in what is (weirdly) known as the ‘support group’. And of those who appeal against the WRAG ruling, quite a few manage to get into the suupport group – for as long as they’re allowed until the next reassessment. Of the people who are ‘rightly’ there *(according to the nonsensical measures/standards set) all are ill (by definition). It’s only a question of to what degree/what difficulties individuals have to contend with. Then there are all those in the process of being pushed off ESA onto JSA (for no good reason – only for monetary gain/vindictive persecution). Today I met one such person (also being hit with the [not a] bedroom tax – having lived at same address for @15+ years): “I would just prefer to be left alone”. (As in, to get on with living their life/managed on a low income).

  23. “People who are in a job know that if they don’t play by the rules or fail to turn up in the morning, there might be consequences, so it’s only right that people on benefits should have similar responsibilities. We always make the rules very clear – it’s only right that there is a penalty if people fail to play by them,” said Esther McVey, the employment minister.

Thats right Esther its a fucking game we are playing isn’t it ? A fucking cat and mouse a hide and seek. It sounds like other clichés like ” if you don’t want to do the time don’t do the crime ” or ” if you have nothing to hide you have nothing to fear ”
And fuck all about forcing people into starvation where using some bizarre logic you will suddenly find yourself a plum job. Forget all that stuff about skills and talent and qualifications ..you don’t need that. Just starve and become homeless and you will automatically get a job.
And they say dear old Esther McVile is clueless . I wonder why .

    • “People who are in a job know that if they don’t play by the rules or fail to turn up in the morning, there might be consequences, so it’s only right that people on benefits should have similar responsibilities”

I just had another thought about this statement .
Is she arguing that benefit claimants should be ” sacked ”
Ok you get dumped into workfare..that means you are working …so that makes you a striver …and that something for nothing culture ..means if you work on workfare then you are doing something of which using the logic should be entitled to remuneration which in this case is your benefits …therefore paying benefits is ok then since you are doing something for them but we.are told benefits are bad thing does this mean getting paid is a bad idea ? So having benefits cut and doing work on workfare is a good thing ..? So logicaly being a striver means working for nothing does it ?
Don’t blame me..they thought this shit up..

      • I’m in a job, and in 3n a half years I been late once, when a bus didn’t turn up. Surprise! My boss didn’t sanctions my wages or tell me off. He accepted it. Shame jobcentre doesn’t live In real world!

        • That was one of the early conversations i had with an ‘adviser’ who was raising the spectre of stopping benefit monies (at around week 4) … it’s not in any way comparable with what would happen in an actual job – (it was following a missed appointment, I’d not been aware of or had overlooked in the flux of transferring from monthly pay to fortnightly £71/week & just turned up to sign on the next fortnight instead – this of course could be and very often would be a sanctionable offence). Not turning up to a scheduled meeting at work would be pretty serious but would not result in no pay at all for that month, 9 times out of 10 at least …

Yet now we have the constant comparisons with the ‘world of work’ (35 hours etc.). Looking for work is (or can be) a full-time job in itself but not in the same way that a full time job is a job …

    • What an evil **** she is.

What she’s saying is “play by our increasingly unfair, arbitrary and even completely contradictory rules or we will take away your only source of income and leave you to starve to beg on the streets”. People in benefits are being forced to bear the same responsibilities as those in paid work (being on-time for appointments/workfare, prove they are “earning” their money, being answerable to someone higher up the food chain than them etc) without any of the “perks” of paid employment, such as a regular income that cannot be suspended arbitrarily, having an appeals procedure that works (usually) and having, in the worst case-scenario such as loss of said income something to fall back on.

Taking away people’s only source of income just to “remind” them to play by “the rules” is fucking barbaric. Sanctions should be abolished entirely, without exceptions!

      • She’s repeating the party line & modelling (!) the correct approach to employees of the DWP (JCP) in branches everywhere – in case they’re not sure already.

It’s not about any one individual in the way they pretend (to incentivise) – the (2nd) main thing sanctioning people does (if i understand correctly) is to send a Very clear message to all those reliant on benefits that they cannot live in the expectation of regular money or take it for granted that the amount the DWP agree to pay will always be paid – & so they should be ready to jump (& to say “how high?”) at any command.

It’s a (very) big power trip – twisted to resemble the ‘consequences’ that people are already conditioned to expect and view as a reasonable concept, whether through their working lives, their school experiences or the way society as a whole works (the courts etc.?).

      • @samwise gamgee, & the significant perk that being at work (not always but in some cases at least) can bring – as a consequence of the certainty that there will be a payday & a fairly predictable amount of money to manage, ongoing. The ability to spend large parts of every day of each week not in the unique state brought about by constantly living hand to mouth & to, at least for some of the time, be able to be relaxed (granted everything is relative) even while at work. And potentially while not in work (when at home, in the place that’s meant to be for relaxing in).

What we have instead is more ‘equivalent’ to working every month under the threat of being sacked at the end of that month, with no certain way of predicting, until the month-end, what the person with the power to make that decision will decide – or even who will decide. Only knowing that they are as likely to be ‘reasonable’ as they are not to be (and that the odds/criteria will vary) …

  24. and pay for interns

An intern’s rights depend on their employment status. If an intern is classed as a worker, then they’re normally due the National Minimum Wage.
Internships are sometimes called work placements or work experience. These terms have no legal status on their own. The rights they have depend on their employment status and whether they’re classed as:

    a worker
    a volunteer
    an employee
If an intern does regular paid work for an employer, they may qualify as an employee and be eligible for employment rights.

Ideally then an employer could classify all his staff as volunteer and pay fuck all.
    Like sue Ryder does ..
Simply re classify ppl in a job and bingo no wages ..

      • Pensioners also get this crap if the use online shopping and delivery services, you have to sign a declaration to say you will accept substitutes if not in stock etc.
They are using this condition to fill their baskets with crap inferior goods they cannot sell. They say you do not have to accept it but you are then left without the item if you return it or have to pay delivery charge if you choose an alternative you do want.
NOBODY SHOULD HAVE TO SIGN SUCH A CLAUSE.

      • Steven2011@lavabit.com

Hitler had a word for it ie untermenschen which translated litterally from the German means ‘underpeople’. I am surprised the Daily Heil doesn’t use that word seeing as they used to be such rabid supporters of Hitler’s regime right-up to March 1939.

    • Coming soon… a “special” shop located 20 miles away (you can’t go to your nearest one – need to get used to travelling!) for benefit claimants staffed by workfare and with a mile long queue… and when you do get to the front of the queue you will be lucky to find a stale roll and a cold bowl of soup!

  34. May I just be the first to say that the ConDems and those who accept the use of forced labour from them are all about as useful as hemipenes in Desert Grassland Whiptail lizards. Just sayin’.

  35. May I just take this opportunity to point out to you ignorant unwashed toerags (well, you are. That’s what we’ve made you) that our work experience schemes are working very well, especially because of the accompanying sanctions. I will admit that the job creation angle isn’t going quite to plan, but at least we’re successfully reducing the amount of employees available for each position, which is leading to a reduction in the amount of unemployment. As I’ve stated, quite successful.

  36. May I just point out jv how much I like the layout of this article, it highlights the things that need to be highlighted without glorifying the negative reporting by the con/dems and right wing press.

  37. Landless Peasant

(slightly Off Topic , but related…)

IDS says Universal credit is “on track” “on Budget” and the IT system “seems to be fine”.

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-25295561

    • Watch him lie his pants off in front of the Select Committee at 4.30 this afternoon: http://www.parliamentlive.tv/Main/Player.aspx?meetingId=14420

      • Landless Peasant

When is the lying incompetent bastard ever gonna get sussed? Well, today, I hope…

        • Ideal scenario from this IDS Roast at 4:30pm:

          IDS gets sacked.

Universal Credit gets consigned to the recycle bin of history.

IDS loses his temper with the MP’s questioning him or storms out, (either way that will finish him)

Aliens kidnapp him and drop him off into a Black Hole.

We will have to wait and see!

    • IDS not usually known as a ‘funny man’ but this morning’s radio interview was in equal parts chilling/cringeworthy & hilarious … well, maybe not that hilarious, but laugh-out-loud-risible. The man has adopted very simply a policy of ‘Keep talklng. Use up the allotted time. Reiterate some numbers & dates & key phrases. Wait for the pips to signal the end of the ‘interview’.’ If I could think of a suitable adjective I’d use it here – he needs a descriptor all to himself – he might actually be unique (not in any good way).

  38. I keep hearing the comment re MP’s that we get what we pay for and if we want the best we must pay. I agree to a degree although I think that being an MP’s like a doctor, should be a calling and not about what is in it for them financially (although you wouldn’t expect them to struggle.which) which can only attract no good people into the jobs. The problem I have is that they actually consider themselves “the best” and worthy of more. I think the vast majority don’t even deserve what they get, in fact are not worth anything at all. They are just hangers on and if they all disappeared we’d be better off.

  39. IDS the perfect example. He would struggle to get an unpaid job in Poundland. Same goes for a lot of the cabinet.

  40. Using the words,”POOR QUALITY”, is another feeble excuse to try to redefine “COMPLETELY BIASED MEDICAL ASSESSMENT THAT ROBS THE CLAIMANT OF BENEFITS”.

Toying with words is just another cowardly way of the DWP trying to distance from the horrors, and i mean horrors, that were perpetrated against the people less able to fight back.

The ongoing attacks against the most vulnerable are being broadcast across the globe and are attracting the attention of HUMAN RIGHTS commissioners.

Indeed, many people have contacted them after having the benefits afforded to them in respect of their disabilities, stolen…………………

ATOS and the concealment of it’s contract details are proof enough that the whole game of “medical charades”, was designed exclusively to rob, steal and cheat…….

What concerns me at the moment, is the amount of pain, suffering and grief that claimants have had to endure.

You have been subject to DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION, not by a person, but by a government department, the DWP.

These cowards must be brought to trial and found guilty of the crimes they committed.

We must pursue these faceless cowards until we get the satisfaction of justice……………….

No amount of compensation can bring back loved ones who have died as a result of these heinous acts.
This has been acknowledged by virtue of the fact that the DWP continue to try and hide the escalating death toll from public view………….

Mutiny is about to be witnessed across our cities. The sooner, the better i think.

Public outrage is hidden by the puppet media of the government. They saw fit to light the touch paper, just let the fun begin………………..

  41. anti_work programme

I’m biding my time when all the jobcentres are closed down and the DWP gets shafted with court cases relating to the use of illegal sanctions and non-existant appeals. Why is a jobcentre needed nowadays when benefits and even jobs can be applied for online? Other than issuing illegal sanctions, I can’t see no other reason for an out-dated and corrupt system.

As for me, I’m being shafted from pillar to post every week by my own jobcentre who take no notice of me nor offer real help to get me back into work. As long as they get their bonuses for achieving a set number of sanctions each month, it’s all they care about. Stepping into my jobcentre is like entering a parallel universe where real life and real issues affecting people is like non-existant to the desk chimps and to them reality feels like straight out of an enid blyton noddy book.

  42. anti_work programme

Briefly mentioning the christmas holiday period in just two weeks time, who else apart from me is expected to do stupid, supervised jobsearch at their work programme provider on the 23rd of December?

    • Don’t forget the December 24th, 27th, 30th and 31st, all these are working days of the week according the sick fucks at the Jobcentre.

      • anti-work programme

That figures. I had suspected that the lame fucks at the jobcentre would be classing the festive season as normal working days. To them, christmas and new year simply do not exist at all. To me, it’s a chance to un-wind a few days away from having to constantly jump through fucking hoops and un-reasonable job application quotas for those twats at DWP.

Fuck them all then. I have been to my WP advisor and my job centre and basically stuffed them after booking 23rd Dec as a one day holiday just to get out of wasting a whole morning otherwise that would keep them happy and rewarded with an attendance payment if I had turned up for that next job session.

Even the twats at the jobcentre tried desperately to talk me out of booking just ONE fucking day holiday allowance for 23rd Dec. even though my WP provider will be shut from 25th Dec and won’t themselves re-open until Monday 6th January.

JCP fucked me about with a 4 week sanction in September. I’m fucking them about with a measerly ONE day booked holiday and THEY don’t want me to take it. I have never ever took any booked holiday time off before, until today. Not through the WP nor ever my JCP have I ever once took allowed time off from being fucked with, and because they are fucking scrooges they want me to fucking do forced jobsearch just two days before the big day.

Last year I had to do fucking WP jobsearch on Christmas eve. For what? And one year I had to sign on Christmas Eve afternoon and they had the cheek to wish me a happy christmas.

    • Xmas is fucking miserable time of the year…in over thirty years or so not once has it been any good for me…
Been stuck here for ten years in solitary confinement ..just horrible

  43. There used to be a time when 95% of firms closed down for the Christmas week and didn’t re-open till 2nd or 3rd of January.

  44. Don’t forget Christmas Day itself, re Stupid Sanctions reasons posted online!

    • anti-work programme

I’ll be doing my jobsearching for the JCP twats on the Saturday before, and on the Saturday after christmas day. Not when they want me to do so.

I fully intend to enjoy & make the most of christmas and new year this time around without being harrassed by the DWP scrooges of the world.

Happy Christmas to all bloggers on this website.

  45. I’m watching the Work&Pensions Committee do nothing to challenge InDeepShit – he talks over them, he calls them ‘moaners’, he just carries on and on and nobody says or does anything – complete waste of time

    • anti-work programme

      @ Jed goodright..

IDS (One dumb shit) is on auto-pilot. Not even an earthquake would make him sit up and notice. He’d sanction us all for not applying for x amount of jobs each week as we would be more concerned about our family and friends following the earthquake than fucking about through his failed job policies.

    • That cunt needs a kicking

      • anti-work programme

My predictions for 2014 and beyond. –

Iain Duncan Smith gets forced out of his cushy desk job in a centrally heated office at DWp towers and is made to go on the work programme for two years. His JSA allowance is also stopped indefinately as it has been proved he is a lazy lame ass incapable of holding down a proper job for more than one day without completely cocking something up. He is not allowed to appeal against his permanent JSA sanction which will only end when he is finally dead.

David Cameron is thrown in jail without chance of remission for in-human crimes against the British People. Firstly for encouraging the world to invade and over run Britain. Secondly, for making desperate jobseekers to sweat it out on lame work programmes all in the name of progress.

George Osborne is jailed for treason and crimes involving fiddling of the nation’s trade balance with the world and for fiddling the treasury’s yearly balance income.

Ed Miliband is a complete dickwad and is extradited to St. Helena and is incarcerated in their notorious jail.

  46. something survived...

UJM which has locked me out of my own account for ages, has written to say they are closing my UJM account. To not have it closed down, please log in to your own account! Um you mean the one you don’t let me get in???? Even when it logged me in before it stopped, it didn’t work. Jobsearch didn’t work, it didn’t let me Apply, didn’t let me save any searches etc, always showed up as zero activity.

That’s like saying: Earth is about to be blown up. You have five minutes to enter a deactivation code on your local control panel which is in Alpha Centauri.

If the C*nts(ervatives) at DWP try to sanction me I will say your machine spat me out so it rejected me and I had no control over this. UJM decided to close my account.

    • anti-work programme

sounds like an internal DWP conspiracy against you or you have automatically landed first prize on this months JCP sanction list and you top the bill on it.

  47. it is important to realise that these people are bean counters, and they have no emotional involvement in the pain and suffering that their policies are inflicting…they live in a different universe, to us, once today’s encounter is over they will congratulate themselves with a slap up meal and a few bevvies…they simply do not care about the human wreckage their policies cause…we are merely collateral damage, to them…

    • anti-work programme

I know exactly how to deal with the JCP monsters. If they try to get shirty with me over access to my UJM account, I simply flap their own UJM guidelines in front of them and they automatically back down for a few weeks before rearing up again as instructed by their masters.

Hell will have to freeze over before I allow them to sanction me without reason.

    • My thoughts exactly OBD

  48. the W&P committee is still going on – nothing about the numbers of people dying, nothing about the judges finding the ESA/WCA process being illegal, nothing about anything any reasonable person wants to know. Anne Begg is very poor as chairman of committee – even allowed InDeepShit to call her Mr Chairman!! This is crap and these people are crap

  49. IDS has stated in front of the PAC that he knows nothing about silly reasons for the JCP’s to sanction people, one of the MP’s questioning IDS and his cronies has written proof from an ex-JCP adviser and IDS has said he will look into and act on any evidence he recieves regarding JCP advisers issuing sanctions for silly reasons.

Please send all your proofs to Iain Duncan Smith MP c/o Caxton House London.

  50. Interesting “conversation” on Facebook after I left a critical comment on their page on their use of 16-18 old kids on “traineeships” Edited names out only. It’s somewhat out of order but that’ll how it appears on the page .-Me- You’re probably just some slick PR dude brought in to bolster Subway’s image, well doesn’t wash with me, still boycotting your stores, & will continue to do so.
Subway Dude- I think you miss under stood. I used to work for free for 3 months no longer do I 5 years on. I actually get a good wage. All I meant was I worked hard had to suck up that annoying feelng of having no money but it has helped me out having a PAID job for 5 years
Subway Dude-Hi, I want to post on alot of these posts to say this is not necessarily such a bad thing. I was on a work programme when I was 16 I went to a subway for 3 months unpaid im now 21 and have been working for subway since then. I have been a manager at a …See More

Me – Well, either you’re one of 2 things, a complete mug or one of IDS’s goons. If the former, are you really telling me you actually ENJOY working for nothing? What about a fair day’s pay for a fair day’s work, as it used to be? What’s more, it’s thanks to likes of you, that PAID work is disappearing faster than a snowball in a heatwave, no employer is going to pay wages when they can get gullible fools like you to work for nothing.Enjoy the “privilege” of being a slave, I sure as hell wouldn’t! If you’re the latter, well I’m not even going to waste my time on you as you’re beneath contempt.

    • Subway Dude sounds like a complete liar, if he’s 21 now and was on the Work Programme when he was 16 he must have been living in an alternate universe.

The Work Programme only started in June 2011 so he must have been on it 3 whole years before it started! – DOH!

  51. clicked on some job link went to apply and then the next page asked for my bank details : /

  52. Oops! Left out the most telling part of “Subway Dude”‘s comment-
Hi, I want to post on alot of these posts to say this is not necessarily such a bad thing. I was on a work programme when I was 16 I went to a subway for 3 months unpaid im now 21 and have been working for subway since then. I have been a manager at a number of shops and really enjoy my job! I think younger people will find it beneficial participating because you learn so much. I dont feel exploited, I feel quite privileged actually

  53. IDS and his cronies also admitted they think it is ok to write-off £40 million on now unusable machine code that was mean’t for Universal Credit.

Anyone at any firm who wasted such an amount would not only be sacked on the spot but prosecuted as well.

Money that the cheeky cunt IDS saves by sanctioning people is instead flushed away down the kharzi or given away in MP’s expenses. Stuff the work programme, I’m more than capable of fulfilling my JSA obligations on my own computer at my own time and pace, but I refuse to use their dodgy website on my own PC as it would leave tracking cookies on my PC for a minimum 10 years.

Surely it is in breach of EU law for JCP staff to remotely track online accounts?

smiles and squawks “one less communist terrorist”..

    • The real fighter for ending apartheid was Winnie Mandela who was pilloried by the SA authorities, had stories made up about her to discredit her and she visited Mandela in prison all of those years as well as bringing up a family, but what did Nelson do when he was released, he dumped her.
I think history may see Mandela as an appeaser.

      • Hi guy, can i just ask – “An appeaser?” (27 years locked up for acting on & stating his belief in freedom & equal rights). Didn’t he ‘just’ adopt a policy of forgiveness & trying to make friends with his country’s enemies in to win them round charm-offensive style or is there much more that I’m not aware of? There is – but surely that’s not it?

Give the man a break – he had a full & busy life (& he never set out to be a saint). WM’s attending his memorial service today (seems to have kept his name & allegedly was going to get the biggest cheer from others there) so she must feel he’s been worthy of [her] still being associated with? I don’t know enough about the history to know about who ditched who (genuinely don’t) and why, or all relevant details but wasn’t she convicted of being caught up in a ‘necklacing’ offence? (Don’t suppose all those details will be in my copy of LWTF going to have a look & see).

(That all sounds a bit like an episode of ‘Suspenders’).

        • I watched the whole SA debacle constantly on tv and Winnie fought like a tiger for her beliefs, whatever she was guilty of with regards to those conspiring with the authorities we may never get to the bottom of, but I do know that Mandela did not believe he would get the jail term he did get given his standing in society at the time which he believed he was fighting to keep.
Winnie kept his name because of the children but was not part of his dealings with his ‘enemies’ when he was released.

        • ok – thanks for reply. Did he really have to shake hands with Mrs T? Seemingly, ‘yes’ but not too many people could have done the same & retained their credibility/stayed true to their stance … He clearly was extraordinary – & losing someone for that long, so publically is difficult to imagine. Freely admit to huge gaps in my knowledge about S.A. (political details of) – right up until seeing ‘cry freedom’ & still afterwards – really – apart from the boycotting/zola budd episode & the [not] cricket.

S.A. was a fraught subject – close family went to live there (‘for a better life/more opportunities’ etc.) & it was a contentious decision for about the 1st twenty years or so (‘unforgivable'; ‘unnecessary’ – & it made visiting difficult …). Mandela seems to have become almost universally loved, though – not the case with too many ‘great’ leaders.

  59. Another Fine Mess

    From JCP advisors to shelf-stackers.
The 90,000 turkeys voting for xmas, by forcing everyone onto UJM.

    http://www.computerweekly.com/blogs/public-sector/2013/12/universal-credit-security-fear.html

    • anti-work programme

so in years to come, receipt of universal credit will become entirely dependant of whether or not a person has a home computer and home internet. And also whether or not a person has got a CV, without which, UC will not be granted as the recipient hasn’t got a CV, a home computer nor home internet access.

Not everybody has a CV, a home computer or personal internet, nor have some people any knowledge or skills on how to use a computer. This is sheer discrimination against people without the required obligations needed to make a claim for the future benefits proposed.

  60. anti-work programme

One rule for the turkeys running the jobcentres and work programmes. Another rule for us suffering jobseekers forced to jump through endless hoops and targets.

My WP provider seems to find it okay to book a day’s holiday (on the very same day I’d be expected to do forced jobsearch) yet if I want to book just a one day holiday on a day I am next required to do WP jobsearch, those DWP fuckers get pissy over this and desperately try to stop me from doing so.

I read elsewhere on another website that a jobseeker is entitled to a maximum two weeks booked holiday allowance away from the JCP and work programmes within a 12 month period, although the jobseeker must still be available for and actively seeking work whilst on the booked holiday time off.

My own JCP seems ignorant of the fact that I can take a maximum 10 working days time allowed off from attending the WP whenever I so choose, regardless of time already given through bank holidays.

If my JCP advisor or WP advisor can book a day’s holiday off which clashes with my signing on appointment or my forced jobsearc session, I can’t see why I can’t do the same also. I’ll still be doing my JSA obligations on my booked day off, but not at the WP session.

I couldn’t believe my ears yesterday when my own JCP tried to talk me out of taking just ONE day off booked holiday on the same day I would instead be jobseeking at the WP provider. Cheeky cunts.

    • anti-work programme

also, the cheeky lazy cunts at my JCP told me it would be in my best interests to attend my 23rd dec WP session. I can see the point of this as they would get their £250 from the European social fund upon me actually attending that day, plus probably another £250 on top of that as a christmas bonus and for not being open between 25th Dec and 6th Jan. bastards. They don’t like it as I am denying them their christmas bonus this year.

  61. Just seen this on the DWP FOI request webpage. Does anyone know anything about it? It would seem that the Jobcentre may be scrapping the Job Points.

    https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/electronic_job_post_2#outgoing-318816

  62. Here’s a question that needs to be on all of the front pages of all the newspapers (in big black bold print)

WHY HASN’T MR IAIN DUNCAN SMITH MP BEEN SACKED?

  63. While people are being asked to wait over six hours in ambulances, none essential operations cut back to a minimum, people thrown on the streets, jobless working for slave employers and disabled robbed of their benefits, we have the prince of clowns throwing £40.1 million down the proverbial, shitter……

Duncan SMITH is not a comedian, yet his department, the DWP, are employing the biggest fool ever………….

Which other country would allow, this legend in his own lunch time, the space and power to write off this mind blowing amount on the “GRAND UNIVERSAL CREDIT FUCK UP?”

How many people do you have to sanction, displace, or drive to death, while Cameron’s crown jester squanders vast amounts on a pie in the sky scheme?

It’s been proven, time and time again, that a software cannot cope with the multiplexity of social situations that arise from a claim, it is for this reason, that it was always doomed from it’s inception on the back of a fag packet.

This guy could’nt win a one legged arse kicking contest, yet he is free to waste cash of these proportions………….

One things for sure, whatever sum the DWP have admitted to, will be a fraction of the real amount that has been blown.

Telling the truth, and the DWP, don’t exactly go hand in hand, neither does the bottle to admit how many lives have been lost due to ESA and other, dark, draconian, methods of human torture by brown envelope.

………..forty fucking million, and the rest, what a fucking joke!

The travesty of all this is, if you had got £40 they would instigate a major operation to force you to pay it back, sanction you and probably lead you onto the street, homeless………..

…….and yet the “comedy of errors” continues at our expense….

  64. My assessment report gives testimony to the facts being unearthed by Spartacus;

I was seen to sit in a chair, get up unaided, go to a bench, be examined, decline to do seventy five actions that was asked of me, and be observed to stand in one place for the duration of the interview……………………………..

ATOS is synonymous with many hundreds of deaths that have taken place on our shores.

Any intention of providing a just, fair medical examination was blown out of the water at the inception, through the closely guarded wording of it’s contract with it’s partner in crime, the inglorious, DWP.

A helicopter crashes into a pub roof and nine poor souls are robbed of their lives and no stone is unturned to establish the cause,

Yet millions are undergoing a battle to stay alive, many have perished already, and nothing is said or done……….

The dual standards of the governments puppet press are suppressing an ETHNIC CLEANSING as i speak……..

“MURDER IS MURDER, HOWEVER YOU WISH TO BRAND IT”

  65. Today – BBC Parliament Channel

Rachel Reeves MP, is to ask an Urgent Question at 12.30pm on Tuesday 10 December 2013 in the House of Commons, on the future plans for the delivery of Universal Credit.

    http://www.parliament.uk/business/news/2013/december/urgent-question-universal-credit/

  66. An assessor is expected to see about 40 people per week, 65% of whom, the data shows, are expected to fail the assessment. The remainder will be split between the ESA support group (14.5%) and the work-related activities group (20.5%). Those who pass, in either group, are then further divided across five sub-groups, which specify whether an applicant should be expected to recover in six-24 months or “longer term” (in practice three years). Only 2.6% of WCAs are expected to result in a “longer-term” prognosis, which effectively means an assessor can allocate the prognosis to just one person a week; allocating a single extra person across a month hovers on breaching the allowed 20% variation. All other applicants, no matter their disability, are labelled as expected to have recovered within two years or less.

This suggests an explanation for some of the stranger Atos rulings, where people with lifelong or degenerative disabilities have been told their conditions are expected to improve in six months. Any assessor struggling to keep down their average for longer-term prognoses has to be tempted to assign a shorter prognosis instead. Someone with a long-term disability should theoretically face an assessment once every three years, but if they are consistently assigned to the six-months prognosis group, they will potentially face not one but six assessments in that period.

Similar problems exist for points awarded during the assessment. The “descriptors”, if matched, are worth six, nine or 15 points, and many disabled people will match multiple descriptors. It takes 15 points to qualify for the ESA, yet the report suggests national averages of 2.1 points for physical issues and 3.6 points for mental issues. The only way to maintain such low averages is by scoring several people at zero points for each one who passes. Are cases of people who score zero points when they clearly should pass simply evidence that the assessor saw too many seriously ill and disabled people that week? There is already an outcry over the state of the work capability assessment, with roughly one in six of all assessments successfully appealed against, at a cost to the Tribunals Service, and the taxpayer, of more than £75m per year. If that failure rate is not caused by poor quality work at the healthcare professional level but is a consequence of the Atos management system, which in turn is driven by the contractual requirements placed on it by DWP, then shouldn’t that outcry be louder still?

  67. Denying a person the means to exist is criminal. How can a country that sends billions in aids to other countries (some of which don’t need it) let its own people literally starve? Remember, most have worked and find themselves a victim of this country’s various governments mismanagment – Conservative and New Labour (i.e Conservative mark 2).

Cameron and co have no concept of reality. Spoiled, chinless wonders, born to excess and priviledge. They are all style, no substance. They have no right, let alone ability, to run this country, Donkeys leading Lions!

  68. December 10, 2013 at 8:52 pm

    From: Mr Taylor

    14 July 2013

Dear Her Majesty’s Courts and the Tribunals Service,

Please supply information on the number of appeals made to
Tribunal, to both the First Tier and the Upper Tier, challenging
Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) decisions by the DWP in
which the death of the appellant has occurred prior to the appeal
decision. Also if you have the information please indicate how many
of these appeals involved the Work Capability Assessment (WCA). In
both instances for the time scale of 12 months prior to the date of
    this FOI request.

    Yours faithfully,

    Mr Taylor
    ……………………………………………………………………………..

Unfortunately, to confirm if the department holds the information you have requested would exceed the cost limits under the legislation.

The law allows us to decline to answer requests under the Freedom of Information Act when we estimate that it would cost us more than £600 to confirm that the department holds the information requested. You may be interested to know that the limit is equivalent to 3.5 working days’ worth of work, calculated at £25 per hour.

In this instance to determine if all of the information requested is held we would be required to manually check each appeal file for the Upper Tier to determine whether the appellant had become deceased prior to the appeal decision which equates to £7,275 and exceeds the cost limit of £600.

We estimate that it takes 4 minutes per file to manually check an appeal file for information retained. Therefore we estimate that 15 files can be checked within 1 hour. The Upper Tier received 4,369 appeals in the last quarter of 2012/2013.

Using the above information we have calculated the cost by:

4,369 (case load) divided by 15 (files per hour) equals 291 hours, times by £25 (per hour) equates to £7,275.

You can find out more about section 12(2) by reading the extract from the Act and some guidance points we consider when applying this exemption, attached at the end of this letter.

    • we, the harranged jobseekers, are more waiting with bated breath for when IDS finally comes out of the closet and announces that he is a frequent visitor of the gay clubs in Soho, London. Only time will tell if he has indeed spent a total of £40 million by stuffing that money down the gym shorts of the gay beefcakes gyrating around the pole while IDS looks on at them with his hands rummaging around inside his trousers…

  70. ………for Gunnyeon (the Angel of Death), to openly admit that ATOS HCP’s, or any other for that matter, have no medical qualifications, is an understatement……………….

What he is really saying is,”Christ, we’ve been rumbled, what can we do to cover it up, the public are’nt as stupid as we first thought”

The DWP have always run away from questions regarding the HCP’s qualifications, here is an FOI that i sent them…….

    Dear Mr Reynolds,
Freedom of Information Act – Request for Information
    Our Reference: FoI 2207

Thank you for your Freedom of Information request which we received on 13 May 2013.

    You asked:

Recently i asked which organisations recognised the ATOS HCP Qualifications, in your reply you
sent this: The Registered Nurse New Entrant Academy is recognised and has received
accreditation from the University of Derby. Please highlight all the organisations who recognise it,
apart from Derby University, who issued it in the first place? Please let me know if you need more
    time to collate the list…………..
If you have any queries about this letter please contact me quoting the reference number above.
    ………………………………………………………….
Atos HCP is not a recognised qualification. It should be noted that health care professionals who
work for Atos are qualified and registered with their respective medical bodies.

    Yours sincerely

    …………………………………………………………

As you can see from their reply, they accept that the HCP carry no recognised qualifications, say no more…….

However, to further announce that he will be working to help them get some medical qualifications, is admitting that all prior tests are not worth the paper they are written on…….

Imagine getting an MOT certificate, only to be told later that the examiner was not really up to the job, unqualified!!
Then, to put you at ease, don’t worry, we will try to get the appropriate accredition……

To brand the whole Work Capability Assessment as a complete fiasco is an understatement.
What you are witnessing is a complete failure of reassessment by charlatan operatives that the Secretary of State saw fit to enable, to steal disability benefits………………..

The only qualifications that are worthy of any value are those that are recognised by our existing medical organisations.

It’s no good trying to fast track a qualification that carries no weight, you can’t make a tyre fitter into a piano tuner by creating a pie in the sky certification system, but this is just what the DWP will try to do.

Rather than admit defeat, headed by the most famous comedian, IDS, they will carry on blowing countless millions in their wake, as they have done in every thing they have tampered with……………

  71. Do not try to justify this guys motives, he has no direction whatsoever and is just toying with peoples lives.

He holds no credibility, even in the department he heads.
History is littered with this kind of dross in a position of power, in fact it reminded me of an incident that has come to light over the last two days.

Some soldiers, as an act of defiance against officers they regarded as muppets, decided to disobey a drill order and sat down as an act of defiance…………….

On a typically british bulldog act, the soldiers were subject to court martial and imprisonment and two dismissed.

Why was’nt there an investigation to find out if the soldiers had a point of issue in the capability of their seniors?

Old shithead Smith is in a similar position. His own staff are frightened to break rank and accuse him of being useless, the government lack the guts to admit he is useless, therefore the acts of the madman continue to “KILL” on an unprecedented scale, the likes of what this nation has never seen before!

Hitler was a complete nutter, but he too believed what he was doing was right…………

Behind his back there will be an air of rebellion, he won’t see it, but i am damn sure it is happening. His ministers are revolting, and i mean this in both senses!

Cameron will be starting to cringe as the brainless moron scrambles from one embarrassing situation to another.

He is in free flight, devoid of any direction, not knowing where to turn, like a dog lost in a lamppost factory……….

IDS will be the author of his own downfall. With Tory dissatisfaction looming and the knives appearing behind his back, it will only be a matter of time.

The generals are plotting and willing to put the bomb in a briefcase, at the foot of his table. When you are in a corner, you have nowhere to go……………

…………..his days are numbered, as are the deaths that his department are wholly responsible for, but constantly deny are happening.

Civil servants told to judge whether disabled deserve benefits by GOOGLING their illnesses
    20 Nov 2013 00:00

Leaked memo reveals Department for Work and Pensions staff were instructed to look online when assessing Disability Living Allowance and Attendance Allowance claims

Civil servants have been told they can judge whether to pay benefits to the sick by Googling their illnesses, after proper tests were scrapped.

In a memo leaked yesterday, Department for Work and Pensions staff were instructed to look online when assessing new claims for Disability Living Allowance for under 18s and Attendance Allowance for over 65s.

Shadow Work Secretary Rachel Reeves accused the Tory-led Government of showing “utter contempt” for disabled people.

The Labour MP said: “Out-of-touch ministers need to explain to disabled people how they’ve got to a situation where guidance is being issued telling civil servants to look for advice on complex disability cases on the internet.

“It’s just one more sign of the utter incompetence of DWP Ministers and their total contempt for a fair assessment process for disability benefits.

“It beggars belief that staff are instructed to look online for information on complex medical conditions until a full service is resumed.”

The fiasco comes after medical examinations run by hated contractor ATOS were scrapped and the rolling out of the new benefit, Personal Independence Payment — which is replacing DLA — was delayed.

Disabled people whose conditions have worsened are also being assessed by officials surfing the web.

The November 7 DWP staff bulletin stated: “Medical Practitioners will no longer be available as a source of evidence.”

Decision makers are advised to consult the “recognised internet sites such as Cancer Research UK and NHS Choices”.

Other suggestions include phoning the claimant or their carer, discussing the case with colleagues and seeking advice from social services.

But the DWP stressed officials were not just looking conditions up online.

A spokesman said: “Decision makers can also use information from sources including the claim form, care plans, medical reports and carers.”

    Part 1: Introduction
    The Equality Act 2010
    1.
    The Equality
Act 2010 prohibits discrimination against people with
the protected characteristics that are specified in section 4 of the
    Act.
Disability is one of the specified protected characteristics. Protection from
discrimination for disabled people applies to disabled people in a range of
circumstances, covering the provision of goods, facilities and services, the
exercise of public functions, premises, work, education, and associations.
Only those people who are defined as disabled in accordance with section
6 of the Act, and the associated Schedules and regulations made under
that section, will be entitled to the protection that the Act provides.

  77. “PREPARING FOR THE FIREWORKS”

    From: jimmy3

    11 December 2013

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

My questions refer to security processes surrounding the Work &
Pensions meeting held on 9th December 2013 at 16:30 in the Wilson
    room.

According to multiple witnesses (members of the public, mainly
physically or mentally disabled) who arrived to observe the above
meeting, they were initially met by standard airport and court type
security, metal detectors, belongings checked, they were frisked –
all pretty much what I would expect.

The public area was off camera (although some public members did
appear in view of the camera to find their seats and I did witness
one electric wheelchair user briefly on camera.

However the witnesses stated something rather disturbing which
wasn’t seen on camera which could explain their unusual silence
throughout the proceedings. There were several policemen or
security guards with machine guns, not pointed down, instead
pointing TOWARDS the public area throughout this meeting.

    My questions are as follows:

    1. Who from the DWP asked for these guards with machine guns to be
    present?

    2. Who from the DWP asked for these guards to keep their machine
guns pointed toward the public area?

    3. Please provide the report which deemed it necessary to have
guards with machine guns pointed toward the public during this
    meeting.

My fourth question is only for if you’re unable to answer any one
    of the above questions.

    4. Please specify the Government department I should send this FoI
request to if you don’t hold the above information on any question
    I ask above.

(For public reference, the meeting can be watched here although the
public area and the guards with machine guns are off camera:

    Yours faithfully,
    Mr Glynne Powell.

  78. DEAR DWP,
YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO FUCK AROUND WITH THESE POSTINGS, TAKING THEM OUT OF CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER, BUT ONE THINGS FOR SURE, YOU CAN’T HIDE THE EVER INCREASING PILE OF DEAD BODIES MOUNTING UP IN YOUR GARDEN OF REMEMBRANCE………..

  79. The question on everyones mind today is, when will Duncan Smith start his life custodial sentence?

Surely the draft Modern Slavery Bill will encompass his heinous crimes of forced workfare, as these fit the category almost perfectly……………..

You cannot have distinctions between forced slavery and workfare as they are one of the same.
In fact, workfare, is an obvious choice as it does not need any police work to uncover it. It is there, blatant, and for all the world to see………

There can be no difference from running an underground sweatshop or taking on staff and affording them a meagre subsistence, the motives are identical, to save money……………

The courts of Human Rights should immediately challenge the UK government on the issues surrounding workfare, as this is, indeed, MODERN SLAVERY, albeit, in a different wrapper.

Prosecutions should be brought against the employers of slaves and the scorn should continue with mass demonstrations outside their doors.

………..the only visible difference with slavery of old is the absence of shackles but this has been carefully replaced with a sanction that could, inevitably, end in death. Therefore the modern version is more severe.

“WILL IDS HAVE THE RIGHT TO A VOTE, WHILST IN PRISON?”

  80. DEAR DWP;

WHAT IS YOUR LATEST BODY COUNT?

YOU KNOW, THE ONE THAT YOU ARE TRYING SO HARD TO STIFLE, THE ONE THAT SHOWS HOW MANY HAVE DIED SINCE YOUR VILIFICATION OF THE POOR AND DISABLED…..

YES, THE FIGURE THAT YOU ARE SO DESPERATE TO HIDE FROM THE HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION,

THE ONE THAT WILL BLOW THE LID ON YOUR CONCERTED “ETHNIC CLEANSING REGIME” AND EXPOSE YOU FOR WHAT YOU REALLY ARE,

THE MOST FINELY HONED KILLING MACHINE HIDDEN IN WELFARE REFORMS……….

THE STENCH FROM THE CORPSES THAT YOU KILLED, WILL NOT GO AWAY.

MEDIA CLEANSING WILL NOT REMOVE THE STENCH EITHER, TRY AS YOU MAY, YOUR ACTIONS WILL ALWAYS BE HIGHLIGHTED BY THE ONES LEFT TO TELL THE TALE………..

I AM JUST ONE, BUT MY VOICE IS MANY……………..

…………ALL BEARING WITNESS TO YOUR EVIL DEEDS.

  81. ………….it’s hard to imagine a line of coffins stretching for almost a mile and three quarters, but this is how many people have died as a result of DWP cuts firmly aimed at the poor and disabled.

……and yet, according to the DWP, the figures are pure fiction.

Try telling this to the families who are missing a loved one, now just an image, a memory, a tear stained photograph on a sideboard.

……….they know the truth, and so do you

  82. ………..extract taken from staff bulletin to DWP internal departments on 7th Nov 2013, as highlighted in Daily Mirror;

evidence to be obtained before a decision can be made on balance of probabilities.
    12. In exceptional circumstances, should all sources of evidence be exhausted and it is still not
possible to reach a decision on balance of probabilities, the designated person may seek
advice from ATOS using the DBD 385 via the medical evidence wizard.
    ………………………………………………………………………………

…………..they are saying, the use of ATOS material in making a decision on a disabled persons claim, must only be used if every other avenue has been thoroughly exhausted…………….

A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO ATOS WERE HERALDED BY THE DWP AS THE MOST HIGHLY TRAINED FIRE BREATHING DRAGONS OF THE HEALTHCARE WORLD.

TODAY THEY ARE NOT EVEN ON THE BACK BURNER……

NAMED AND SHAMED AS THE CHARLATANS THAT THEY REALLY ARE,
“THE PRODUCT OF A STATE ENLISTED, DISABILITY DENIAL MACHINE THAT HOLD NO CREDIBILITY WHATSOEVER, A SHAM IN EVERY RESPECT”

…………a ruthless organisation that has brought about deaths in our community, sponsored by the DWP in collusion with another government department, Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunal Service,
